I’m a truck driver. Parked in parking lot parallel with McDonald’s 3-6-25 at 5:05 AM (they’re drive through is open) Manager lady (gray hair) watched me walk past her window, didn’t bother telling me lobby was closed. I walked to the drive through and waited a few (29 degrees) I guess it didn’t signal them. So I walked to the window, she’s apparently blind and walked away. Not good customer service. They need a friendly considerate manager for customer relations. All I wanted was coffee Looking at reviews, guessing McDonalds isn’t paying attention to them. I’m guessing new management soon.

I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal. $10.00. Got a piece of chicken on a hamburger bun. Didn't have time to go back and complain! Really??? Won't go to Raymore McDonald's again!

Has this been taken over by new management? The experience was absolutely horrible. They couldn't even get the order correct. We will definitely not be back to this McDonald's.

Best value for quick meal is the $5 deal. If you order a sweet tea instead of soda, taste before you drive away. Nothing worse than wanting a Sweet tea and getting the unsweetened version!! Reunions whole me for me!

I will never go to this McDonald's again. Placed my order through the drive thru of which the young man taking orders could not get anything right. Finally completing the order I said thank you, the young man's response "you are not welcome". I asked to speak with the manager, they could not be bothered. Majority of the time employees are goofing off, they do not care about their customers. This is not my first problem with this place but it is my last.

Honestly, it's a really good McDonald's. The staff are always nice, and when I was Door Dashing, it was clear that they gave Door Dasher orders priority, which is nice. Would definitely recommend Door Dashers take orders from this McDonald's. I just wish they had Diet Dr. Pepper lol

I used the app to get the points for my daughter's boo bucket. I unsynced use this card. Cause I didn't want it on my credit card. It purchased it anyways. I asked them to fix it. They were not happy. I can't help that it auto purchased. Well they were very mean afterwards. They wouldn't even talk to me, just parked me. They were so rude. So much so that my 3 year old daughter asked why they were so mean. I should have just left. But my daughter really wanted the bucket. What started out as a treat for my daughter ended up being a nightmare. I tried to send a contact us. But they don't have a recapcha on there so it errors out. Probably so no one can get their issues addressed.
