Pretty disappointed. Went through the drive-thru. We ordered ranch snack wrap but the lady who took our order charged us for 2 ranch dips instead, then accused us of lying when we asked because it was missing. The ranch dips were also missing, so we basically got charged for missing items. Ordered large fries but the fries were soggy and barely filled up halfway. Won’t go there again.

Today I went to McDonald's to the front desk to pay with my friend who is special needs. This girl named Julie yelled at my friend who is autistic trying to pay for herself. That is not ok when someone asked to pay with cash. Not ok whatsoever

Everyone I come here it’s a long wait, something is missing, or I’m waiting for over 20 minutes in curbside and I have to go in to get my stuff because they don’t bring it out. So many times I come in and they can’t even find my order or they “deleted it off the screen by accident.” Don’t go here. Drive further for better service.

This is the most nastiest McDonald’s ever the food is always cold burgers always seem like they’ve been sitting meat Hard sandwiches are always dry. Fries are hard and cold. Customer service is horrible. This McDonald’s need to be shut down. They do not care. You have employees calling customers out of their name. Totally insane I will definitely not be back If you want some hot fresh food and good customer service I assure you this is definitely not the place!

Dine-in is terrible. First of all, I hate that they don't have a human being taking your order. The process to order takes forever on the giant screens. After we finally got our order submitted we sat there for 25 minutes before getting our food. In a regular restaurant that would be fine, but at McDonald's...that's a bit ridiculous. There was one other person in the dining room and they already had their food. They prioritized the drive thru and we watched meal after meal get carried out to curbside and drive thru customers.

Edit: Downgrading my rating to 1 star. The service has managed to get even worse. You can't even stop by for a quick bite. Inside or the drive thru, they take forever and half the time they will mess up your order, as evidenced by the numerous people we saw come in after going through the drive thru. Stopped by with my family to get a quick meal and it took them over 20 minutes to fulfill our order. It's best to just avoid this place. The sooner it goes out of business, the better.

I’m a truck driver. Parked in parking lot parallel with McDonald’s 3-6-25 at 5:05 AM (they’re drive through is open) Manager lady (gray hair) watched me walk past her window, didn’t bother telling me lobby was closed. I walked to the drive through and waited a few (29 degrees) I guess it didn’t signal them. So I walked to the window, she’s apparently blind and walked away. Not good customer service. They need a friendly considerate manager for customer relations. All I wanted was coffee Looking at reviews, guessing McDonalds isn’t paying attention to them. I’m guessing new management soon.

I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal. $10.00. Got a piece of chicken on a hamburger bun. Didn't have time to go back and complain! Really??? Won't go to Raymore McDonald's again!
