That may explain my mood but I’m tired of playing the condiments games with people She asked me did I want any sauce to go with my order I said yes I want a handful of soy sauce and a couple duck sauce. I did not get ANY soy sauce. So I waited for her to come back to the window. Someone else came back and gave me two. That irritated me, so I drove around, parked in my car and asked for the manager That irritated her 🙄. Turns out it was the manager that gave me two soy sauce when I asked for a Handful. I asked her when you order a plate. How many soy sauce do you put on your meal? Because you gave me two and I asked for a handful She said it’s just personal preference really if you want more, I can give you more. MUCH ATTITUDE and gave me three more. to hell with this location, I’ll never come back

I recently moved to the area and I’ve been here two times and both times i asked for half fried rice and half white rice and both times they’ve given me half fried rice and noodles, that by itself is annoying- especially when the cost of eating out has increased so exponentially and I cannot get the correct order, much less have the items i want available. On my visit tonight, i went and they only had 3 entree options available and one of them they said only had a scoop left. and to top it off the fried rice was raw and the sesame chicken had very little sauce and was mostly breaded chicken.

Pretty expensive for a grown man to get full. But my daughter loves it. The staff could be more approachable and friendly. But the food is pretty alright.

Food was good but the prices keep going up and the food portions are getting smaller. This practice of small food portions seems to be at almost every Panda Express. I guess if you can keep getting away with it and making a ton of money in profits why not keep pushing smaller food portions. Why don't you Panda Express get utensils that measure out a decent amount of food and follow that and value your customers more.Im sure this will fall upon death ears like all other comments and suggestions.This is not just for my benefit but for everyone's!

Love Panda Express for fast and fresh food on the healthier side. My go-to is a bowl with half white rice/half vegetables ? with whatever entree you like. The cream cheese ragoons were fresh and this restaurant was very clean, including the high chairs.

Normally, I would rate this place 5 starts, but after my last experience, it lost two stars. Typically, I use the drive-through and get the family meal and "normally" it's super fast. I always order the same thing - chow mien, two orange chicken, and one Kung Pao chicken.
The last time I ordered was around 6:30 pm (dinner time). I pulled up and ordered, and the nice young man at the window took my payment and then let me know they were currently out of chow mien and asked me to pull into the parking lot to wait 6 min for them to cook some more. After waiting the 6 min, I pulled back through the drive-through, and then the young man let me know they were out of orange chicken. Once again, he asked me to pull into the parking lot and wait another 6 min.
After the second time, my food was finally ready. Not the best experience, but hopefully, it was an anomaly.

We went through the drive thru and the employee at the window was amazing! Super nice and upbeat. She offered us to try some new drinks and we decided to get one of them! The new lemonade was so good!! Food was hot and good!
Didn't even have a chance to try the food, though I'm sure it's just like any other Panda Express. My family went through the drive through and the employee was difficult to understand so after waiting for awhile we said hello and the employee quite rudely told us we had been told to wait. After that there was no way we were going to wait for someone that so obviously detests their job that much to prepare food for us.

Food was great, environment was clean, but the portions on the bowls were not much food. I remember went panda express food togo you can barley close the lid it was so much food. But now I got one scoop of noodles and about 5 pieces of chicken. I felt ripped off. And I paid $9.00 for the food.

I went through the drive-through with my four-year-old and my newborn baby and they told me five minutes for my chicken. I said no problem and then they told me to pull around and did not give any further clear instructions. I sat in front of the store with my newborn screaming in the back for 15 minutes when I thought the chicken should be out in five minutes and when I went to ask, they said, were you ever told to pull around and get back in the drive-through line, that may have happened, but since the drive-through person was half mumbling half talking to somebody else on the headset, I had no idea what the clear instruction was. So I got to listen to my newborn screaming in the backseat for 15 minutes because your drive-through person could not give clear instructions since he was taking orders at the same time. Please teach your drive-through people that are manners for talking with customers at the window.
