Pizza Hut has gone to crap over the years. All locations have good and bad employees. Then you have those employees that go above and beyond. Tyler (driver) is a gem. He is always pleasant and has a smile and great attitude. Maybe the manager /store director needs to be held accountable for all the crappy service and poor quality overall. Pizza Hut corporate needs to go into this location and talk to everyone individually and find out where the real issue is.

We ordered 2 pizzas online and 2-2 liters of pop, one starry and one mt. Dew. Ordered it carry out/pick up, when I got there nobody came to the window so I tried going in the lobby, the door was locked even though it says right on the door that they were open till 1am. And it was 12:15, so since that was locked and nobody answered when I knocked I drove back around to the window and banged on it, still no answer, I finally called and someone walked up from the back and I could clearly see her, she answered the phone and started to tell me that she was going to put me on hold until she seen me on the phone through the window, she gave me the pizza but no pop and when I got home and opened the pizza it wasn’t even cooked all the way, still raw dough on the bottom, had to put them in the oven just so we could eat them, never got the soda or a refund for it and she pretty much told me I’m effed when I called because by then they would be closed by the time I got back, terrible service, crap food, I guess good help and good pizza is hard to find in Belton

We ordered 2 pizzas and boneless wings. One pizza was cold and the stuffed crust pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. We put the stuffed crust back in the oven at our house. If we are having to cook the pizzas we’ll go back to Papa Murphy’s.

I DoorDash’s my food. And this is what I received. I ordered the My Hut Box: Personal Pan Pizza, and this is what the PIZZA HUT IN RAYMORE gave me. There is barely any sauce on my wings and this is how yall do yall customers. Then be wonder why yall be so stressed out because yall not doing yall jobs right. I ALSO ordered a Dr. Pepper that yall DID NOT GIVE MY DOORDASHER. So yall need to do better that’s all I have to say…yall choose yall job, if u want to make it easy for yall do it right for customers sake and y’all’s.

Using Doordash to deliver means my pizza and wings sit in some Dashers car getting cold while they drive around all of God's creation delivering chicken nuggets and whatever else they can to squeeze money out of our pockets.
Watched the Dasher leave the store that is 2mi away, drive the opposite way and get on the freeway. A 5min delivery turned into 20min of my food sitting in the back of a car.
Choose your business partners wisely, their poor service reflects poorly on you.

I have gotten some really great food from this location in the past, but the last several times that we have ordered it has been a disappointment. I love Pizza Hut's food when made correctly and fresh, but when it's not well done... it sucks.

This is just how I found my pizza when I opened the box from a delivery
I can't understand how this location stays in business. The food is sub-par and service is horrid. The hours posted never match the actual open hours. We've tried several times and never had a positive experience.

Beware that Door Dash is delivering your order and you are paying a delivery fee that Pizza Hut is not incurring. Unlike other chains, I can justify the delivery fee when company vehicles are used and pizza bags are used. Door Dash did not have it in a bag and the products were slightly warm at best. With all the social media posts of Door Dash employees molesting the food, I refuse to use their service. Tried something different from my regular place - Won't be making that mistake again!!!

Be aware of additional $5 delivery fee. Door dash delivers for Pizza hut instead of employees. Directions for contactless delivery were not followed. Pizza was over cooked and over priced. $5 frozen pizza would be better.

Ordered from this location for a few years now quite often. The driver left my food somewhere other than my residence and it will take five to seven days to get my money back. After years of buying from here, there was no thanks or I am sorry. Won't buy from here ever again and the $26.16 better be in my account soon.
