I will never go to this location AGAIN! The manager that worked the morning shift on 07/09/25 between the times of 10:00-11:00am was extremely rude and refused to add an extra topping to my drink! Came to order a small chip ahoy blender with oat milk asked to add Oreo and was told No! I told her it’s okay I’ll go to the other location she said which one Belton and I said yes! After arriving at the Belton location in about 5 minutes I ordered the same thing small chip ahoy blender and added Oreo they first told me they can’t do it. But the manager said yes I’ll add that for you please scoot up! Once I got to the window the manager at the Belton location told me that the raymore manager is too strict! How did she know I just came from the raymore location! I’ll tell you the manager at the raymore location called Belton location and told them not to make this drink for me! How are you trying to block a paying customer for Oreos! The Belton manager is the best! And I will continue to only go there! This raymore location is terrible lack customer service, always being told what you can’t and what they won’t do!! Already did my complaint to corporate! For you to call the other store and tell them not to serve me is Disrespectful

Not only is this the best tasting coffee chain around, the staff was incredibly polite. Super fast service and exceptionally clean. This is the best location in Missouri hands down.

I had a great experience at Scooter’s Coffee! I tried their matcha latte and absolutely loved it. Since I’m lactose intolerant, I asked them to substitute regular milk with oat milk, and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the drive-thru service was quick and efficient

Love this Scooters....they only have one in Broomfield..we drive all the way there from Denver. I want to open on in Denver and Aurora..the girls there are awesome, great service and I dont even like coffee but Love the Peanut Butter Crunch Blender...they make it perfect..its my addiction.

I just went through a terrible two year break up that has me not thinking correctly.
I woke up from a terrible dream of the beginning to the end of it.
I bring this up because this morning I blew past the drive thru intercom not thinking.
All I could say is I'm sorry, my mind is so f>$"ed up right now I totally didn't order.
The girl was so nice about it. She took my order at the window, talked with me even though I wouldn't give her information about it all.
They wrote on my cup we love you, not sure if they knew how much it meant to me, but hank you.

This is my favorite Scooters location! They always make my drink so tasty and never miss up my order. I swear the drinks taste better at this location idk why but I love it. Staff is very friendly and they write nice messages on your coffee cups!
