This was my home scooters. I’ve spent a lot of money here come every weekend to get my wife and I a coffee and pretty much every other day during the week. This morning I was told that my hard earned cash was no good as they won’t take $100 and I’ve had no issues with that before. But they girl behind the register “clever one” says there’s been a spike in counterfeit bills….. if I knew how to counterfeit bills I wouldn’t be coming to scooters… also I really wanna know, truthfully, how many counterfeit bills she has seen in her life. Which since she did not want to attempt or try to attempt to count back change for $100. I went to BELTON scooters. My order at the BELTON Scooters was a tad less than $20 at which I had no troubles paying for or getting the proper change for. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to raymore scooters money is no good there. Or they just simply don’t know how to count change. $100-$20 I thought was a simple one.. apparently schools really aren’t teaching useful things anymore.

All-time favorite coffee go to place. Pumpkin spice latte, Caramellicious, and hot chocolate. I ordered a peppermint mocha and asked several times if they made it without caffeine (I was trying to get something for my 8 year old) they said yes. I tasted it first, and it seemed to have espresso or at least tasted like it might, so I was thankful I ordered the hot chocolate. Idk if it was without caffeine it tasted fire, and I had to drink it. Darn! I know they have smoothies and other drinks for kids.

I need a new go to coffee places and I’ve tried thema few times. This last time I spent $25 for them to get my sandwich wrong, the other sandwich didn’t taste good, and our drinks were below basic.

Love this local scooters! They are super fast and very friendly!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free, and lower sugarThey have different milk alternatives and are helpful to cut back on the flavors if you don't want it as sweet. A few of their sandwiches you can omit the cheese

You guys, when have you ever seen a company give out 100% free coffee, with no strings attached? No member sign up, no app download, no asking for a review, nothing. And not just one time, but for the whole month of Sept 2023 anyone can get a free coffee!I am a fan. Thank you, Scooters for setting a high bar of generosity for other companies to follow! And thanks for my free coffees!

blended peanut butter cup tasted different from other locations. not much flavor and staff here gets annoyed when you ask questions about the menu, biggest turn off when it comes to a buisness for me. every menu varies from place to place so customer questions is something you should expect while working, you are not above helping people. i was getting coffee for my coworkers today, they even got the order wrong and blamed me, then forgot one drink. by the time she brought to my car it was melted but she still had the nerve to tell me i had it wrong and for future reference 'that's not what its called' with a melted and almost missing drink.... you have the nerve to say that to me? and i spent my lunch break in your parking lot. for 3 simple drinks.never had an issue at other locations with customer service, they are usually bright and cheerful. little girls at the window need help in effectively communicating or a better attitude!

I really hate to use this platform to complain. I cannot find a direct customer service outline and I never get a Reciept. I am always disappointed every time I get anything from this location. I get the same thing every time and it never tastes the same. I get a vanilla oatmilk latte and today was the worst. I got a straight up mocha. Regular milk. Thick chocolate. I don’t know if their speaker is broken, Or what is going on but I never get my order right and as someone who loves to get coffee from here once a week, it’s very disappointing.
