Terrible. Burger so thin it had holes throughout.. bun fell apart, I ordered no cheese & got a burger with cheese.. & cold. Food here is usually good. I had to pitch this

The food us subpar as of lately. I ordered a pretzel, no cheese sauce. I ordered a chicken wrap it was supposed to be ranch, didnt look like ranch and it tasted more like BBQ and ranch possible mixed. Ordered the salted carmel crossiant bites, tasted like fried crossiants, they were tasteless tater tots were cold so the dog got both orders, boyfriend ate the double smashed burgers sandwich that I got him but he wasnt impress by it.

When you're spending $35 for two meals...is it too much to ask for the food to be remotely fresh and with ingredients other than salt? The fries and burgers were so salty they were inedible. The jumbo popcorn chicken were so old they were like rocks.
I know its only an hour before close and there's probably one two high-school kids working in there...but yall can do better than this.

Normally this location is great, but this last visit 06/28 made me super sick. My husband and I ate here. I got a number 8 chili cheese dog, chili cheese tots and a sweet tea. Also tried one of those bacon ranch wraps. The hot dog was rough in texture like it had been on the roller way too long. I asked my husband how his was and he said his tasted fresh. I hadn’t eaten all day and this location is normally on point with their food sowe finished our food and went home. About an hour and a half later, my stomach starts to hurt. Two hours after that I start throwing up the hot dog. Nausea and vomiting kept me up all night. All day the following day, I had nausea and other symptoms as it’s clearing from my system. We will not be back for a while. There is a reason restaurants are supposed to track times for hot held items.

I’m never one to leave a bad review on food service but I ordered pick up for this location and I understand when it’s busy things get hectic and stuff gets missed. We waited 30 min for a shake and some chicken bites and people came next to us for their orders and left and we never did. Finally I had my fiance go ask where it was. They finally brought it out and acted like nothing happened I then asked why it took 30 min to come out her reasoning was I never checked in. When I showed that it said I checked in she shrugged her shoulders. Do I expect an I’m sorry? No because maybe it was my fault. But on the other side how do you see a truck sit in your spot for 30 min and not ask questions?? Or just stop in and say “hey have you been served?” Just annoyed to say the least.
Pushed the button to order. After 5 mins of watching the workers run to the same vehicle non stop talking to those people we finally left. Everyone was basically wearing pajamas and ignoring the people waiting to make an order.
With so many other food options glad I won't be going back to this place. Definitely going down hill.

I love sonic breakfast burritos but this is the only sonic I’ve been to that their burritos are the size of a jr burrito and they just use a sausage patty that they rip up and place on it, everywhere else has ground sausage and regular sized burritos, idk if they’re trying to save money and are cutting corners and portions or what

We hadn't eaten at Sonic for quite some time so decided to give it a try. I ordered and didn't have to wait long for my food so that was a plus, put the food was cold like it had been sitting out for a long time and we just got what was in the bin, not freshly cooked. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!
