Please listen to the reviews! I been ordering the same thing for 20 years and this is the 1st time I have been denied my sandwich because it would mess their inventory up? Literally went to the subway that’s 5 minutes away and had no issues. This subway is a joke. 0/10 do not recommend.

I was served the smallest (non-6inch) sandwich with literally no cheese and an hardly any protein… it looked pathetic. Will never order online again. When I went to return the sandwich for a refund, the staff just degraded my competence about food proportions and told me to figure out how to get a refund on the app which was unreasonably difficult and the staff was insulting and incompetent. They could have made it right, but deliberately chose to make things difficult and leave a sour taste in my mouth, a poor impression on the company, and an emptiness in my stomach because the sandwich was trash, inedible. They wouldn’t even own up to their mistakes and were entirely unprofessional. I have worked for 5+ years at a well known sandwich shop… I know what I’m talking about. Shut this place down. Pathetic.

Always disappointed in service and performance at this location. Ordered sandwich Thursday to get home to wrong sandwich and today stopped by at 12:30 and they were out of bread already. Go to Belton much better store.

This is hands down the worst Subway in the KC area. They are always understaffed, getting anyone to help you at the drive thru is always a gamble, the staff usually act like just got of a bed and don't care. Where is the franchise owner? Can't he see how bad it is?

They suck big time. I would give them an F -. I went to 5 different stores in 3 days to get a footlong cookie, and none of them have it. I SHOULD SUE YOU FOR FALSE ADVERTISING . I see adds on TV all the time but no cookie. Whoever runs your place on this topic. YOU

The food is always fresh and great, establishment was clean. However, I ordered an online order and it was incorrect. Everyone makes mistakes, the issue was when I went back to get the correct sandwich made. The employee, Ryan, was rude to me and her coworker. I came in holding the sandwich I had just picked up, she looked up and never said a word. Went back to making the online orders she was working on. Never again looking up at me. Once another employee finished with another customer she asked how she could help. She was fantastic, Ryan on the other hand rolled her eyes at this employee and did not acknowledge her mistake or help in fixing the issue. She also did not acknowledge the next patron that came in to purchase while I was finishing up my transaction. Her customer service was negative from beginning to end. I felt bad for the employee that had to work next to her.
