The young Female working last night was so pissed we walked in to order Sandwiches. Typical wants a job but doesn’t want to work type Employee. Management needs to be a little more observant of who they are hiring and leaving in their restaurant by themself. Another customer walked out. You are losing money.

The 2 females working today at lunch were immensely rude. When i had walked back in to ask for extra cheese as i paid extra and it already comes as 2x cheese. The tall blonde was rude, irritable and threw the pan when my sandwich was retoasted. Rolled her eyes. Slid the sandwich to me. Just damn rude. And the first girl? Can’t hear her voice. Asked her what she said 3 different times and another lady who arrived after me had to ask her to speak up as well. These two girls need to go. I actually went here instead of Belton hoping for a better experience. I’m beyond irritated by these two females and their service. No hospitality whatsoever.

The worker was extremely rude for no reason. We showed up and chairs were put up, so we went through the drive thru sat there for five minutes cause it said they were open and we saw people inside. We then called and they had attitude when they answered. We then went inside and the attitude was even worse. We were the only ones in there and their was still an 1hr and a half before closing.

I placed a BOGO footlong order through the Subway app and paid in full. When I got to the store, they told me only one sandwich was showing on their end. I showed them my receipt and order confirmation, and the staff initially apologized and said they would make the second sandwich.
Then they called the manager to alert of the error and that’s when everything went downhill. Despite the clear app error and my proof of purchase, the manager told them not to make the second sandwich and to dispute it with the subway app. So instead of honoring the deal, they charged me another $17 for a combo after I had already spent nearly $20.
No accountability. No apology. Just awful customer service.
I used to order here weekly but never again. This location is a mess and clearly suffers from terrible management. Honestly, it should be shut down.

Great employees, great service and everything looked and tasted fresh, much better than belton and peculiar, I live in belton but pass that store to come here cause they’re always out of bread and bad service .

Had nachos and they were good but the lady only put only a little bag of Doritos and maybe two tablespoons of meat. I think it should've been not allot but a little bit more... Won't get it again

Some of the workers are awesome and nice but the if it’s the GM or Owner she’s awful and so rude I will not ever be coming back to this place the atmosphere is so awful and it seems like everyone else is so stressed out and not happy. I’d rather go to belton than this store and belton is awful. do.not.go

Please listen to the reviews! I been ordering the same thing for 20 years and this is the 1st time I have been denied my sandwich because it would mess their inventory up? Literally went to the subway that’s 5 minutes away and had no issues. This subway is a joke. 0/10 do not recommend.

Worst company ever! Nobody ever answers the phones nobody does their jobs anymore and this location shows it worst employees ever!
I was served the smallest (non-6inch) sandwich with literally no cheese and an hardly any protein… it looked pathetic. Will never order online again. When I went to return the sandwich for a refund, the staff just degraded my competence about food proportions and told me to figure out how to get a refund on the app which was unreasonably difficult and the staff was insulting and incompetent. They could have made it right, but deliberately chose to make things difficult and leave a sour taste in my mouth, a poor impression on the company, and an emptiness in my stomach because the sandwich was trash, inedible. They wouldn’t even own up to their mistakes and were entirely unprofessional. I have worked for 5+ years at a well known sandwich shop… I know what I’m talking about. Shut this place down. Pathetic.
