Ordered the chicken cantina bowl, they had no rice left, no beans were in it, I asked for extra chicken to replace the rice since they were out, didn't recieve that, it looked like they had they're eyes closed when making it! Terrible experience

Did a mobile order on the app. Said it would be ready at 1:19. I waited until 1:33 for my food to be put on the counter. Staff was arguing behind the counter most of the time I waited. Got home and both enchilada burritos were pre-ripped in their wrappers and the sauce that oozed out of the rip caused them to be completely glued to the wrapper. Won’t be coming back.

You ordered the five dollar box. Your food doesn’t come in the box comes in a bag you get all the way home. You don’t have all your food. You try to call the store and the phone is off the hook all day every day.. Since y’all decided to put my five dollar box food in a bag for three5 dollar boxes every box is missing at least two items driving to the store didn’t know good cause I got accused of taking the items out since I didn’t check my items in the drive-through. it would be a lot easier to check three five dollar box contents if they were actually in the box not in the bag!!

DIRTY! The place was empty, plenty of employees to clean. They wore gloves, but they went from 1 station to the next and didn't change them is wash (making food to register back to food)

I do not live “in town” so going to town for a quick meal isn’t a quick errand. I ordered a 12 pack of tacos - it was more lettuce than meat & the shells were chewy. I also ordered a Mexican pizza. It tasted horrible, it rated stale, burnt & just awful I had to spit it out. Then there was the cinnamon twist these too tasted horrible much like the Mexican pizza and they got thrown out as well. Thank goodness the tacos were good or we wouldn’t have had anything left of the meal to eat. The service was good, the associates are nice and quick.

Ordered chicken nuggets through the drive thru. Taste was okay after I was able to bite into them. Like little rocks, way too overcooked. Not worth the money fo what you get.

It's a good location. Good staff, and they seem to take Door Dash orders seriously, which is always nice. Never had any issues here. Drive thru service is great, too. It's also open until 1am, which I really like.
Went thru drive thru. We were out shopping 25 minutes from home (I mention this because we couldn't just go home and use utensils there). They gave him the cheesy Fiesta potatoes, but NO FORK TO EAT THEM. The lobby closed as we pulled up at 8pm, so we couldn't go inside for a fork or sauce and we weren't waiting through the line again.

Went through drive through and ordered an avocado salsa to put on my chalupa. They forget the salsa and after talking to me they said they would give me a salsa packet next time I was in the area. It was a salsa packet that you paid for, should of offer at least to replace one item with the salsa packet at the least due to the mistake.

I understand being understaffed and busy, but a straw is a necessity for drinks. Words are helpful for communication because grunts doesn't tell me much.
