They make the food great! But perhaps a bit mkre reining on the window wouldn't hurt things. They are very polite when I show them how its wrong. But it does get tiring to expect a wrong order ech visit.

Appalled at the service me and my family received today in the drive thru. The boy taking our order went on break/ clocked out in the middle of our order. Had to wait a few minutes to finish our order, but that wasn't the end of the world. What happened next was the final straw. My brother's cup had an unknown brown substance in the lid and on the front of the cup. Went in to talk to the manager, but their apology was monotone. Got our money back, but we definitely don't trust this Wendy's anymore.

This was the best Wendy’s I have been to in a looong time. The Lee’s Summit and Blue Springs locations have always let me down, but this was the first time I had been to the Raymore location and it tasted like the Wendy’s I had 10 years ago as a child. Summer helped me inside for my to—go order and she was perfect. Felt just like when I was a kid!

Would rate less if I could. They took our money and messed up the order when we asked for it to be fixed they yelled at us and said we put it in wrong, I show them the app that show exactly how it was supposed to be like I ordered and they continued calling us names screaming at us saying that somehow it was different on there end so they can’t do anything. They told us to leave with out giving us any food (took the messed up food) nor a refund so I’ve basically been robbed and starved now after working all day.
