We placed a Togo order followed the App said 16 to 20 mins showed up at 20 minutes. Food wasn't ready. The issue is they have one person working on a Friday night. The young man was working his tail off. Management at this location needs to do better

Past few Uber Eats orders have been awful. They simply do not care even a little about serving their customers well. Overcooked burnt wings. No seasoning on the fries when we asked for ‘extra’. And this last order…we ordered 30 wings, they gave us 20. And these are only a few of the issues we’ve been having with this location. This place is horribly mismanaged.

The wings are great. The last couple times I’ve ordered online it’s been literally over an hour for food to be ready in store. Once being over an hour and a half. I’ve not seen an adult- like, competent person on the floor, anywhere. When you staff mostly teenagers and no real adults in the evening, the results aren’t great. Big difference from culvers, chick fill-a, whataburger etc. Not sure why the owner isn’t on top of this. This review was from a visit a couple weeks ago. We go here rarely, love the wings but I pretty much expect a terrible experience.
Whatever your wait time is, add an hour to it.

Ordered at 3:30 PM on a Saturday and the food wasn't even ready for pickup until 5 PM. Most of the food was cold, over fried, and poorly sauced.

I placed an online order which said it would be around 33-38 mins to complete the order. I arrive to the restaurant, asked what my name was by employee Courtney Perry who proceeded to put my name on a list. I waited for 20 additional mins before I went to the front to ask how much longer it would be, the employee asked my name and never gave me a response but continued to be of service to the white customers so I sat back down, waited an additional 25+ mins. As I’m waiting there are several door dash orders being completed before anything else. I decided to ask for a refund after 45+ mins and was told they did not know how to issue me a refund, Courtney said she will have to take a picture of receipt and send it to corporate, I asked her if anyone in the store knew how to issue a refund and she said “obviously not”. I told her I didn’t trust just taking a picture of the receipt and maybe getting a refund so she told me I could call the number on the wall and deal with them. Poor experience, there were only 2 adults working and the rest were teenage kids. Do better!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Took over 30 minutes to get my food and I was the only person in there. Staff all decided to take a break at the same time, leaving nobody in the store. Place was disgustingly dirty. When the staff finally returned to the kitchen, the profanity and loose talk was heard throughout the restaurant. The dining room floor is covered in grease. The bathroom was so dirty, I refused to use it. It looks like the toilet hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The sink was disgusting. It’s as if nobody is managing the place! Do not waste your time or money!

This was the worst customer service I ever encountered. I did online order to pick up at 1745 did get my order until 1840 and if they stop playing around and do there job they would not be behind on orders

Came in with my basketball team to order wings. The staff was extremely nice, and allowed us to eat there (even though we had a big group). Would take my team again.

Placed my online order at 10am before they even opened for a 6:45pm pick-up. Just to sit in store until 7:15 for my order. Plus, now they're out of the corn that I ordered this morning. How is that even possible that they have had all day to know about my order and what time it was supposed to be done!

Messed up my order. Gave wrong flavored wings and missed the veggie sides. Which I ordered for me. They remembered the fries for kids.
This is absolutely the worst service ever. Took over 30 mins for an 8 piece boneless combo. I asked where my order was and they didn't know. Ridiculous. I had someplace to be.

If you’re not Door Dash don’t bother….unless you have a 2 hour lunch. Waited over 20 mins only to be told it’s gonna be a few more mins. Multiple door dashers in and out though.
