We placed a Togo order followed the App said 16 to 20 mins showed up at 20 minutes. Food wasn't ready. The issue is they have one person working on a Friday night. The young man was working his tail off. Management at this location needs to do better

I BELIEVE THERE IS A NEW MANAGER HERE... I made the mistake of reading the Google reviews before i went. it had been a while since i was at a WS and wanted to see what people were saying. the reviews were HORRID! but my wife and i had already planned this dinner, so i went any. i arrived and there were 2 customers waiting and 3 people working. i placed my order and waited... after about 20 minutes my order came up, which was much sooner than i anticipated (due in part to the reviews...

Wingstop is a great brand, but this location seems to be slipping. Order ahead is almost a must here, so it'd be nice if you could order online for Dine in. That might result in better presentation rather than layering paper on top of sauced wings. Drink options were water and nil if you need to avoid calories and caffeine despite other locations investing in Freestyle or teas.
