went here a few weeks ago just days before it closed down, and was so pleased with our service. I wish I knew the name of our waitress... she was so incredibly kind and provided excellent service. I had my four children with me and she went out of our way to make sure they were happy and comfortable.

really hope this location and others around the metro can eventually be reopened.

Applebee's is always light and fun. My friend and I went here to watch the Chiefs game last Sunday and the bar was empty and full of peace. The food wasn't bad and the service was good. It is what it is. Applebee's will always be a neighborhood classic.

This establishment has really lost its friendly party atmosphere. The food is ok but it's gotten really pricey considering the menu hasn't changed since 2000. I was disappointed in my visit. But our server was really prominent.

Dietary restrictions: Really need to change to a more plant based menu for Vegans and Vegetarians.

We wouldn't know because we stood at the door for 8-10 minutes being passed by 3-4 service team members who then congregated in the back to socialize with one another without being greeted or sat...so we left.

Waitress are lazy, dont take orders until you say something to them and the Bartender with green streak hair in front hate her job...customer service is trash...bad attitude ..get a better job love ?

We waited over 20 minutes at a table. No one came to get our drinks order, let alone our food order. After that, we just walked out. I have NEVER walked out like that. It was like we were invisible.

I was at the Applebee's in Raytown and had a server name Monica. She provided me an absolutely A+++++ service. I have a favorite meal that I always order there and I usually can't get the cooks to put a bit extra sauce on my meal as requested. However, Monica was able to get my request done in a very expedient fashion by handling the simple request herself. Not only did she present herself in a very professional and caring manner, but she did so while smiling the entire time. Her main objective was to provide her customer with the best experience and satisfaction she could. And believe me, she did this and more. She presented herself in a managerial fashion to assist a dissatisfied customer. She needed no major explanation of my concern, just what my desire was and proceeded to handle it, and she did it in an exemplary fashion. She had the attitude and personality of a saint. Addtionally, I was actually having a bit of a lousy day, but my interaction with her actually brightened the rest of my day. Thank you Monica. I hope you are still an employee there on my next visit. Your service was truly, truly,.... APPRECIATED.

This Applebees has a smell in it, the bathrooms are not up to par and no one was there to help with seating. I also saw one of the team members touching one of the customers salad with their bare hands. I would recommend training.

the food made me sick. I'm not sure if it's a common thing there, but I'm not eating there ever again. I have eaten at other Applebee's and I had a great experience. but the one in Raytown, kind of sucks

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease so I have to avoid all gluten. I don't think there was gluten in my food, the food was just bad.
