i went when i was the only car there, and ordered 2 french dips, 2 tenders, and a double beef and cheddar combo. we had to remind them about our drinks. when we got home, we had 1 french dip, the tenders a gyro, and a regular beef and cheddar combo. basically everything was wrong. we have gone when it was packed, and had our food perfect! not sure how they messed up so bad

I usually love this Arby's but today it was lacking. The beef and cheese meal I bought came with sliced cheese instead of the yummy creamy cheese sauce. It tastes disgusting with sliced cheese. Nasty!!
I've had issues with restaurants skimping food on poeple in the area and apparently this location is no different, I have all of 5 slices of meat on my roast beef classic and anyone who has eaten at arbys know that's not how it's supposed to be. it's like I got a kids meal. I SHOULD GET WHAT I PAID FOR NOT LESS AND GET RIPPED OFF THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!

The Reubens had a pile of meat up front, like it was a nice thick sandwich, but that one bite was all the meat there was. Sometimes I order a sandwich with bacon, to discover it had a piece the size of my thumb nail. TECHNICALLY it had some though 🤷
