I always drive through, love gyros, but you always have to ask for extra sauce, because the little cups are half full. I only go for the gyros, cheap and pretty good. My friends loved the roast beef & their special deals

Walked in to order and stood there for several minutes as no one walked up to take my order. After ordering the cashier went back to the fries and was loading the fries containers with no gloves and was touching the fries to put them the rest of the way in the containers, gross!!! Food was so- so.

Worst Arby's ever! Ordered on Doordash and asked for NO cheese on a sandwich due to an allergy (seems simple) however it in fact was NOT simple....received sandwich all covered in cheese! Also, ordered a cup of cheese for another person and bam no cup of cheese. Absolutely awful!!

Dealing with these people is like extracting teeth.
I try to be polite and respectful, I'm met with sighs and rolling eyes. Asking for anything is like your taking advantage of them.
I couldn't even get 2 sauce packets per sandwich without an argument...

Arby's is supposed to be in between fast food and fast casual, but this one is all ghetto disrespect.

Large, well lit and clean location with plenty of seating and great service. The little lady that manages the place is on point and on top of everything making sure orders are correct and on time. Good is consistently good and the mobile app has done great deals. It's worth a few minutes drive to Raytown!

It was horrible. Went to the drive thru. The worker was rude. Gave us the wrong order. Went back and they gave us the cold food that had been sitting there for the 20-30 mins it took us to get home and notice the mess up, and get back. When I walked in they just glared at me and only one single person was super nice and helpful, Mary. After getting the cold, "correct" order, I get to the car and notice I'm missing a sandwich. And I get the same glares and rude service when I go back again to get it fixed. Mary was nice again. Everyone else was awful and looked disgusted that I bothered them at all.
