Put in my complaint as of December 5th 2025. No refund as of yet December 26th .Don't buy the Steak nuggets, Not Real. I asked the man if the steak nuggets were tender. He said yes but I guess I should have asked him r they burnt? 🤬 Cost too much to be burnt. I couldn't even pill away the meat from the burnt part. They put too much ice in the strawberry lemonade. Call the store, manger says they come pre-made. They just warm them up 🤮

I visit this location at least 3x a month the staff is usually friendly. I appreciate the coupon book I had received from one of the staff it was a surprise when I noticed but cool...who doesn't love curly fries

Everything was perfect and fast except one thing...they forgot to give me my straw with my order. Lol!
Dyamond, and Danny while short staffed made sure my food was fresh and perfect. As a former employee of arbys I expect perfection and it's what I got. Super impressed.

Well I went to the drive-thru the car ahead of us seem to get impatient and left the line luckily we let the people know what the window that they left and don't confuse our order with theirs and they were able to adjust and everything was fine it seemed like they were a little understaffed though might want to look into that

I sat in the driver- thru for 10 minutes before driving off. They never took my order.
Good and fresh. But, customer service skills are lacking everywhere in the fast food industry! The young lady that took our order did good, but the young man that also helped us didn't say one word, not a smile, nothing! This happens ALL THE TIME, everywhere! Why is is so hard for these young people to make eye contact and say HELLO or THANK YOU?!

i went when i was the only car there, and ordered 2 french dips, 2 tenders, and a double beef and cheddar combo. we had to remind them about our drinks. when we got home, we had 1 french dip, the tenders a gyro, and a regular beef and cheddar combo. basically everything was wrong. we have gone when it was packed, and had our food perfect! not sure how they messed up so bad

Unprofessional and unable to fill orders. This location accepts orders it's unable to fulfill and then expects you to select items that are not worth equal value to what you have already paid for.
