Terrible 3 times in a row they could screw up a bowl of capn crunch.got a rueben cold meat slopped in a ball on a mushy piece of bread with a quarter cup of sause just discusting third time night shift needs a manager baaaad very baaad yuck

Pulled up to drive through was asked to wait. 4 mins later with no one in line I'm asked to place my order. I do no response 30 seconds later can you please repeat that. I say my order a 2nd time no response. 30 seconds later please repeat that. I told him for a 3rd time what I wanted. He says it's going to be a 10 minute wait on the burger. I said if already waited 7 minutes do you damn job and pull away. Lazy employees will destroy a business let him go.

Ordered online and got the turkey sandwich with no tomato. Lady in window hands me my order with out even acknowledging me and luckily I stopped to check my order. They put a tomato on it anyway. Go back inside to have it fixed , Another older lady in the kitchen picks it off and adds more lettuce and tries to hand it back to me. Then says “ Oh you want it remade?” I could have picked it off myself but if people have allergies Arby’s is putting lives at stake. Hire people that care!

We started Online ordering in the parking lot unaware it was to late to do so there workers stared at us through the entrance. We went around to order and ordered 2 chicken sliders and they were “out of chicken tenders” to make a sliders. So we contacted someone regarding this to make a change and we were then created by another person over the order screen about if we were going to order something. I was explaining on the phone to the person they had to choose something else at and while giving me the decision over the phone the second drive through operator a shorter, Caucasian, hefty woman proceeded to then make a rude comment about how long we had been there when I was simply getting a response from my mentally challenged sister. I was so infuriated at that moment we decided to not order at this establishment and the crew laughed from inside. Her tone was simple it’s almost closing time and I can say whatever I’d like towards just as inconvenienced and a scrambling to a resolution.

Tried to do an app order here and it took over an hour to get it. We stood inside for 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. We left with 4 sides, all cold or burned, and 4 sandwiches, only 2 of which were correct. They had to remake 2 fish sandwiches twice. When we tried to cancel the order, they said they didn't know how. We were stuck paying for lousy food and waiting forever. Never again are we eating here.

When I pulled up, the only employee I saw was sitting in the lobby playing on their phone. Which in itself didn't bother me because they had no customers. However even though there had been no customers when we placed our order, we were asked to pull forward and waited about 10 minutes for our food to be brought to us and I thought that meant we were getting fresh food, however we did not. And my daughter ended up getting violently sick shortly after eating which made me wonder about the state of the food we received. No one got sick but she did and that was still a little. And the staff seem to be a bit agitated that they had a customer as well. Not blatantly rude but they seemed a bit annoyed

Arby's is getting really expensive and extremely skimpy. It used to be worth the money bc they always hooked it up on the portions so you felt like it was worth it, quite simply because well, IT WAS. Now, it's all so small! The large drinks look like a medium at anywhere else, they give you the same cardstock holders for fried goods but they aren't even half full!!! The sandwiches are mostly fluffy bun and so little meat. It's just not the Arby's we know and love. I don't like this. Plus to add insult to injury my jalapeno poppers tasted really old. Like REALLY old. Not sure what that's about but it was not okay. The service was pretty good, the lady presenting and taking orders is always very happy and polite. Very sing -songy with how she speaks and it's kinda adorable. I hope she receives the praise (emphasis on the RAISE) she deserves. She's worked at this Arby's for quite a while and still is as personable and sweet as ever. In fast food, that kind of tenaciously upbeat spirit is truly invaluable!!!!

Hit or miss.. don't care to pull me forward if no one else in the drive thru. No possible way to get good time if the order was $30 and it's cool to order in 10 seconds. So don't ask me again to pull

I don't know what the gosh-darn that there Arby crew out in Raytown, MO did to that friggin' new "Goodburger" burger-but LEMME TELL YA"LL?! I was won over. That sucker was so moist &...jus.....PERFECT! I was shook- pleasantly unexpected ?.
