Worst fast food place I've ever been to. The manger John was EXTREMELY rude. He should not be working in customer service. He spoke to me in a way that I've never experienced from a company that wants repeat business. I will never go to this location again. I've worked fast food and customer service my entire life and there's a reason they tell you the customer is always right. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

The ladies that work here a disrespectful and rude.. this location is terrible and they all need re trained and taught how to be respectful

The other night I went to try the shroom BK melt I was totally disappointed, the bread was not toasted it was dry. Maybe they should not try to expand their menu or they should train their cooks properly

Came through relatively late at night and was actually pretty excited to get a few whoppers for the late-night meal. When I got home which was only a few minutes away all excitment was lost. The burgers seemed like they had bwen sitting for hours premade, the bun was stale amd the meat was cold. It was definitely a let down, made me not necessarily want to go back.

Really trashy people you almost feel scared to ask them to correct any mistakes they make they just have no customer service attitude and they will lie to protect their own I absolutely recommend never going to this location you may actually get sick

Eat here if you want someone rude over the intercom, cold food, and want someone to ask you every 1 second “anything else?!” “Anything else?”. Yea I drove off after hearing $37 for 2 meals. Don’t get me wrong I gave this place 4-6 tries over the last 6-9 months. Horrible experience everytime. Don’t understand how it’s so hard to be polite. Politeness is a dying breed I guess. Freddys has $10 cheaper 5 seconds up the road and they’re super nice. It’s really a shame.

I order at the counter. The cashier was busy dancing. When she took my order she had to ask if they still had my item. She rang it up and the manager had to come and finish. It was a cash transaction. They me my order and it wasn’t correct. I asked to fix it, the cook threw out some attitude and told me it was what the ticket showed. She made the correction then literally threw the tray on the counter. I wouldn’t recommend this Burger King.

The food is usually fresh, the service is usually really quick, and there's one woman with black hair who works the front that I always see working real hard like she's got stock in the company. That being said I regularly get the side-eye when I walk in from a couple of the other employees who are otherwise efficient and the dining area is suffering some wear and tear and could probably use some attention.
