Yesterday I wanted something different. I saw pork tenderloin on the menu so that's what I ordered along with fries. Omgosh! It was wonderful. It's good to know they have good Mexican food but also awesome "other" food.

Carlitos tacos are the best tacos around. Wish they would open one in Independence. The one in Gladstone is not as tasty as the ones in Raytown…don’t know what they do different

I've been going to Carlitos for probably 20yrs. Locally owned small business!I currently work with a couple of their past employees and they've never told me a bad story about people doing things to the food to the people that come in rude, or people they don't like.They've told me about how they would clean thoroughly every night when it was time to close, and how every morning they would make the salsa, cook the meat, etc. They inherently took pride in their...
