Just wow. I ordered the chicken strips with gravy. The chicken strips were small. The gravy had the same consistency as curry! I wonder why?🙄 Bread wasn’t toasted! Coke machine was broken too! Gal behind the counter could grow a better mustache than me! Lol

This has got to be the worst dairy queen I've ever been to. Ordered a chicken strip basket and the strips were tiny, the gravy was like water and the texas toast wasn't toasted and had just a dab of butter on it. The fountain drinks were watered down and there wasn't any ice. The dining area was filthy I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Would not recommend.

I ordered for my family from the drive thru. I was in a swimsuit because we just came from the pool. I made the mistake of leaving the drive thru before checking EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. But I did pull over to the parking lot to check. The receipt was correct, but I had a missing item and an incorrect item. So I had to go into the restaurant and tell 2 people, who talked to me some, and spoke a foreign language to each other some. But I was using the correct receipt to illustrate what I was saying and they said they understood. While I waited in the car the food got cold and the Icecream melted. They finally came out to my car with the food and I drove home lest the food I already have get worse. When I got home I opened the bag and found the item was still wrong. WORST SERVICE EVER! They ruined my whole family’s meal!

They mixed up my friend’s order with someone else’s (which they’ve done before) and the store was messy. Mind you, it was only 2 customers in the rest of the store. Will absolutely not be returning to this location.

If you can find a different dairy queen. This one used to be pretty decent but I guess it switched management or something. I went the other day and the service was really bad, they switched who was taking my order in the middle of me talking than got my order completely wrong. Blizzard I got was melted too so that was gross.

I was dashing the day I came to the location on the 350 highway in Raytown. I had 2 orders to pick up and this location is soooo slow. Better management is needed. The guy expediting.. communication with the kitchen was non existent, so another guy came to the window to take over and he seemed to be just as lost. There is a young woman by the name of Dominique that absolutely rocked it she was working at the cash register, the drive through and the expedite window and food was finally coming out of the kitchen fast and accurately . She is a hard worker and deserves recognition. Please don't lose her!!

Disclaimer 1/25/25 only came inside to enjoy ice cream. The staff were super friendly and professional. My mini chocolate xtreme blizzard was made well and really hot the spot. My niece had a chocolate ice cream cone which she enjoyed. The total was $8.11 with tax which seemed a little high for fast food however we sat and enjoyed it!
