Service was slow, worker was so rude!! I asked her and question and she looked at me and ignored me. They mixed up my friend’s order with someone else’s (which they’ve done before) and the store was messy. Mind you, it was only 2 customers in the rest of the store. Will absolutely not be returning to this location.

If you can find a different dairy queen. This one used to be pretty decent but I guess it switched management or something. I went the other day and the service was really bad, they switched who was taking my order in the middle of me talking than got my order completely wrong. Blizzard I got was melted too so that was gross.

I was dashing the day I came to the location on the 350 highway in Raytown. I had 2 orders to pick up and this location is soooo slow. Better management is needed. The guy expediting.. communication with the kitchen was non existent, so another guy came to the window to take over and he seemed to be just as lost. There is a young woman by the name of Dominique that absolutely rocked it she was working at the cash register, the drive through and the expedite window and food was finally coming out of the kitchen fast and accurately . She is a hard worker and deserves recognition. Please don't lose her!!

Disclaimer 1/25/25 only came inside to enjoy ice cream. The staff were super friendly and professional. My mini chocolate xtreme blizzard was made well and really hot the spot. My niece had a chocolate ice cream cone which she enjoyed. The total was $8.11 with tax which seemed a little high for fast food however we sat and enjoyed it!

It's Dairy Queen. Is it really that hard. Yep, it sure is... They have the worst drive thru situation. I've ever seen. When you drive up they have "Christmas lights" hanging half ass from rough & several of the store lights didn't even work. Ghetto or just plain laziness on store owner/manager's part. Then, our order was not right the first, second, or third time we finally got it right on the third try. They're hiring btw... Maybe you can go help them get it together. Right now, no bueno! Good cheese curds though!!

This DQ always has friendly service but they skimp on the candy they put in Blizzards compared to other DQ's. It's always just crumbs and maybe 3 small chunks. When they are out of chocolate ice cream they can add chocolate syrup to vanilla ice cream, but they will charge you for that. Just disappointing.
Well is there and I almost passed up the goddamn place because the lights are off and then sit in line for 20 minutes waiting because there's only two people working it looks like besides that everything was just fine so far okay so the rest of this nice cream is pretty good The woman at the window kind of nice as far as service kind of slow I give it a 50/50 depends on what day it is I guess

Had a Runny Blizzard the time before, told them and showed the receipt. Cashier received my Blizzard, did not like how it looked, so he had it remade. Appreciate the quality control, He Did the Flip to make sure it stayed in the cup.?
