Pulled in and no one in the stalls waiting for food. There were 3 people intermittently working inside. Took a long time to get 2 burgers and tots. Gotta say having to use the app to get deals is a royal pain. I think the car hop cooked, bagged and delivered the food. Don't expect this place to last long

Ordered a double deluxe cheese burger. No pickles.
Burger comes with onions and pickles. No lettuce or tomatoes.
This is the only DQ in the area that consistently gets orders wrong.
I would rather drive to Grandview or Lee's Summit before wasting time going back here.

Just wow. I ordered the chicken strips with gravy. The chicken strips were small. The gravy had the same consistency as curry! I wonder why?🙄 Bread wasn’t toasted! Coke machine was broken too! Gal behind the counter could grow a better mustache than me! Lol

This has got to be the worst dairy queen I've ever been to. Ordered a chicken strip basket and the strips were tiny, the gravy was like water and the texas toast wasn't toasted and had just a dab of butter on it. The fountain drinks were watered down and there wasn't any ice. The dining area was filthy I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Would not recommend.

I ordered for my family from the drive thru. I was in a swimsuit because we just came from the pool. I made the mistake of leaving the drive thru before checking EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. But I did pull over to the parking lot to check. The receipt was correct, but I had a missing item and an incorrect item. So I had to go into the restaurant and tell 2 people, who talked to me some, and spoke a foreign language to each other some. But I was using the correct receipt to illustrate what I was saying and they said they understood. While I waited in the car the food got cold and the Icecream melted. They finally came out to my car with the food and I drove home lest the food I already have get worse. When I got home I opened the bag and found the item was still wrong. WORST SERVICE EVER! They ruined my whole family’s meal!
