Another superb order from my favorite people at dominos!!! Man I don't think my pizza could be any warmer. I opened the box and I could feel the heat roll out. I LOVE IT! shout out to Christian on my delicious pizza, u always nail it! And big kudos to Michael for the freaky fast delivery of my piping hot pizza! You guys rock!! And are MY PIZZA HEROES! keep up the above exceptional service. For those of you yet to try this place, we'll you're missing out. Should definitely give them a try you won't be disappointed. The way the manager treated me, and after messed my order up by my reading the simple instructions. This could've been avoided but to offer me a credit is disgusting. Why would I want to return there especially after being hung up on by the manager Jasper 🙄 I wasn't rude or disrespectful but to get mad at customers for addressing our concerns of not following instructions is very degrading. If I choose to spend my money I should get what I ask for and not what you think I should get. To be in management and to treat us as customers as if our money don't pay his wages is sicken. Why would I want to ever offer from there while having them kind of employees in that store. No refund my money and tomorrow I'm taking that dry as pizza back to the store. I would've took it tonight has my car wasn't in the shop. Or to tired to even cook but next time I'll buy a frozen pizza that taste better than any pizza. The pizza is Connies you can find them in price chopper. If you try it you'll never shop at Domino's again.I don't know why I can't add the pics. The pics looks disgusting and dry

***UPDATE*** my last review was 6 years ago, and not a good one.... But now, let me tell you this store has done a total turn around!!! This has now become my #1 go-to pizza joint. I get AMAZING pizza that I absolutely LOVE!! the pizza is always hot, like just out of the oven hot, when it gets delivered to my house. It's unbelievable! The people are great! The pizza is generously covered with your toppings, the stuffed crust is a game changer. Every pizza I've had recently since the stuffed crust came out... above exceptional. I will recommend to all!! The building Is clean and welcoming as well as the employees inside! All my deliveries are prompt if not sooner than expected. And knock on wood, but thus far have yet to get a wrong order! This store ROCKS!! You guys are my pizza heros!! I'm thankful to you all and keep up the good work! I keep coming back, I'm addicted to the stuffed crust......

Staff have always been very friendly and quick with our orders. Domino's Pizza isn't necessarily the best pizza in KC but this is one of the best Domino's in KC.

Ordered dinner online, after 2 hours nothing, I cancelled order. I paid for it online. Not only did I not get my food, and waited up for it till almost 2 in the morning, now it will take 5 business days to process a refund? Super shady. Can't comment on the food since I never got it, we will see if I get my money back without hours of wasting my time on the phone. The manager was completely rude and dismissive. * Update, I came home from work following night and they delivered something..it wasn't pizza. Disgusting.

Christian store manager being rude when I order from this store at least once a week never order in the daytime so never had to deal with him, usually delivery is within 30 mins- it’s been a hour and the app tells me my food just went into the oven, so I ask him how long it’s going to be he tell me you know it’s 2 ppl in front of you and they been waiting a hour too, tbh that’s bad business, bad customer service Christen

The person who messed up making my food was Dustin. No garlic butter on my crust. 2 chunks of chicken on my whole entire pizza, chicken has chewy grissell in it. Macaroni they didn't even fill up the bottom of the tray. Literally one scoop of pasta and some cheese. 25$ went to bread and inedible food tonight.

Had a pizza delivered that was made wrong. Immediately took the pizza back. Employee was EXTREMELY pleasant and accommodating!! Made another pizza for me quickly. Got home and realized it was over cooked and just just not that great. Probably won't eat there again but the employees are very friendly and professional.
