Christian store manager being rude when I order from this store at least once a week never order in the daytime so never had to deal with him, usually delivery is within 30 mins- it’s been a hour and the app tells me my food just went into the oven, so I ask him how long it’s going to be he tell me you know it’s 2 ppl in front of you and they been waiting a hour too, tbh that’s bad business, bad customer service Christen

The person who messed up making my food was Dustin. No garlic butter on my crust. 2 chunks of chicken on my whole entire pizza, chicken has chewy grissell in it. Macaroni they didn't even fill up the bottom of the tray. Literally one scoop of pasta and some cheese. 25$ went to bread and inedible food tonight.

Had a pizza delivered that was made wrong. Immediately took the pizza back. Employee was EXTREMELY pleasant and accommodating!! Made another pizza for me quickly. Got home and realized it was over cooked and just just not that great. Probably won't eat there again but the employees are very friendly and professional.

Wow where to start? The dissopoinment Started about 3 days ago when I ordered a pizza from this location and the decent strated. Everything seemed to be ok until the driver showed up who I met outside to save them he or she trouble. He gets out of his car in 5° weather with no hot bag and gives me the pizza and walks away.
I proceed to take the pizza inside and find a dry cold pizza that was more then very unpleasant. I called the store and spoke with the manager who was helpful and apologetic, he said he would put a large pizza and side on my phone number to use for a future date to acomadate for the situation.
Fast forward to tonight when I used that credit. Everything seemed to be fine at first but slowly things seemed to turn ascue. After 2hrs of wait time which seemed odd especially because I live 2 miles away and it was a weddsnay night. The order finally showed up, as I hear the doorbell ring and a grab my cash to tip the driver I comee downstairs within 30 seconds and open the door to see the driver starting the car in my driveway, while I stared at him with a handful full of cash for tip he backed up and drove off abruptly. I then look down on the cold snow filled entryway to see my pizza box on the floor. I then took the pizza into the kitchen and opened the box only to find that a piece was missingfrom the puzza.
I called them immediately and spoke with the manager on duty who seemed verys stessed Out at the situation and was more then willing to do what he could do to acomadate which was offer anther free pizza. I told him at this point I no longer want any pizza from this location but did say I would like to speak with the franchise owner or at least the GM. I will be happy to update this review depending on tomorrow's interaction.

Second time I’ve ordered since I moved here. Barely any toppings on the pizza. They are under portioning items. I’m eating straight cheese and bread.

I qualified for free medium 2 topping pizza per prior purchase and emails from dominos. Have to order on line but your online service won't except order without paying full price for the pizza. This is such a rip off and false advertising.
Very helpful staff. Fast and professional atmosphere. Id recommend to both family, friends and community.

Dominos service is bottom of the barrel at no fault of the local employees. The company itself seems to have much larger problems with delivery and seem to need new regional or company management. They have consistent problems with delivery and fail at meeting ANY expectations. The only thing that they are consistent at is failing to fulfill their delivery services.

They lie pizza isn't on time they say they messed up the ingredients but they marked it as completed when it wasn't to avoid their promises of a pizza when they mess it up
