1/31/24 (Delivery)Iv had Domino's for years.Tonight for dinner was cold food.Pizza cold, chicken wings is my favorite, but not tonight. They looked cooked, little to no sauce, and was cold. Maybe they was sitting around for while and they just added smudge of sauce and called it day?They wasn't even crispy. Wasn't normal. They was more, rubbery and cooked just enough to pass off?Normally when I get chicken wings they burn my mouth and a bit crisp. But not on this 55° delivery night.From ordering to delivery only took 45. Not sure why the food tasted like 2 hours old. ?$35 waste..

We put in an online order to pick up. Running errands cause me to be late picking up my order. KYLEIGH was amazing. She followed the store rules and remade our food because it was sitting over 45 minutes. Thank you so much Kyleigh for remaking our food!!! Because of Kyleigh I will come back and tell others! Great customer service, generally get delivery but picked up this time. Only meh thing is with the garlic twists time garlic butter is poured on it when it is in the box making a mess vs pouring in over it outside of the actual box it's carried out/delivered in.

Waited 2+ hours for a single pizza. Tried to call and was hung up on. Delivered to the wrong apartment and had to go find it.
Just ordered a small pizza today everything was good; cooked to perfection Christian did a good job on my pizza. Only thing, it was cut into fours I wouldn’t mind it being cut into eights but other than that like I said everything was amazing.

Placed an order through the app. Picked it up myself. They were out of the garlic sauce, which is whatever. They replaced it with a different sauce of my choice. One of the pizzas was missing a topping when I got home. I called the number in the app for the store and got a call center. They transferred me to the actual store. Who never picked up. I called the call center back, and they gave me the actual number for the store. We wanted them to start a new pizza so my partner didn't have to wait for a new one to be baked. I stayed on hold the entire 11 minutes it took him to drive there. When he got there they told him they were out of the topping we wanted and had gone to get some. So they didn't tell me, and also charged me for the extra topping. They also told him they never answer their store phone. What's the point in having a phone if it never gets answered?

They gave me the wrong order, they never answer the phone, I was on hold for over 30mins trying to get my order fixed and nobody answered it. I love how it tastes when I get the right order but it is ridiculous trying to get it fixed. Plus it takes over 2hrs to make and get here and I live 15mins away. I don't know who let's it take that long but I'm not ordering Domino's again. I ordered a thin cheese pizza and was sent a hand toss meat lovers, they hardly get my order right. Or they cancel it when it's ready to be delivered.

The customer service is great. But Delivery is horrible. They never answered a phone and you can never get ahold of somebody when you go to the store for your complaint. The customer service is phenomenal ironic.

Worst delivery experience I have ever had. The order took 2 hours to receive. I had to go get it from the store. The guy lied to me and said it had just come out, even though the tracker clearly said it was done over an hour before. Soggy rubber of course. Would not even refund my delivery fee and tip.
