I've lived in the area for almost 5 years now and today was my first time trying Doughboy's. 🫣 The kids behind the counter were so kind and extremely patient with me taking forever to figure out what to pick for my family. The cherry iced donut took me back to my childhood within the first bite! We will definitely be repeat customers!
Though this shop is under new ownership it continues to produce the best doughnuts in Kansas City. Their pricing has stayed fairly stable and they have the best apple fritters anywhere.

This is my first time buying from the new owners. The display of donuts was really great cards were really appreciated to what kind of donuts they were. What I didn’t care for the up charges fulfilling my donut that I thought just naturally came. and the credit card charge. I know Times are hard these days but I spent almost $30 in their store and I don’t remember the old owners ever charging to use my credit card, really disappointed that upsets me.
