Placed a mobile order online just to find out they had no donuts available outside of blueberry, jelly filled and crullers. They forgot my coffee. They also would’ve forgotten four of my sandwiches if I did not remind them.The staff seemed very stressed.

I tried to use my code for free hash browns and the guy handed me my drink then I asked about the hashbrowns and he said it was invalid because we had to order hashbrowns he never said the code was not valid because of that until we asked I would think common sense would be to put the hashbrowns in for the code to work but no he tried to say we had to go all the way around (I’ve never used a code at the store only online) so I was unsure about how to do but I did tell the order taker I had a code to scan nothing was said about adding that product to be able to use the code. I guess common sense isn’t so common at this Dunkin!

I came in for my free coffee - the special offer, and the staff was very nice and polite. The store was clean and I have never had Dunkin before but the coffee was absolutely delicious! Yum
This dunkin is absolutely terrible, customer service is almost none existent and expect your food or drink order to be incorrect almost every single time and then get attitude when you try to get the correct order

Food was good, service was rude and would not listen to me. I originally ordered a medium drink with chipotle loaded hashbrowns and I got my drink and nothing else, when I asked about the hashbrowns he said he didn't hear me the first time so I ordered them yet again and just got normal hashbrowns.

Ordered 6 long johns. Server asked 3? I assumed they were about out so tried to add 3 other donuts. She said the drink was next? We didn't order any drink. Drove up to pay and was given a credit card machine out the window and was told the tip is entered first. My husband asked, what? She repeated, her tip has to be entered first. My husband is always a good tipper but not when told he has to tip first. We drove off without an order or paying a tip. We will never go back and won't recommend this place to anyone.

While the food and service where good they definitely gave me normal milk instead of almond milk which sucks cause I have to be on the floor at work and I can't bc.....yeah They also forgot my double shot of Espresso.
