The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I opted for the $6 breakfast deal. The service was not. I was greeted with rudeness and contempt. I left wondering what did I do to deserve this.

Ordered today (3/16/25 around 10am). My iced americano didnt have a single ice cube (I did not order it with light or no ice), and it was lukewarm. The donuts tasted like they were made the previous day. I ordered a sandwich with no meat and there was meat on it. I spent $40 and not a single item tasted right.

The lady taking my order was rushing me and then at the window didn’t even get my complete order. Tried to make us pay twice and also sat at the window for 20 min before someone helped us and then took another 20 min to get our order. The manager ended up helping us and was still as clueless and didn’t apologize or anything.

When half of the staff takes the card and the other half sticks the machine out the window begging for a tip it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Begging for a tip for simply passing food through a window is insane.

It's been awhile since we last went to a Dunkin donuts but the donuts were not as good this time. The donuts were dry and the maple frosting was skimpy. I probably wouldn't go back since there are many donut shops.

The town closest to us that has a Dunkin donuts told us to come a week later to get the boo baskets, we get there at 6:00 in the morning and the lady there is having a bad day and she tells us they're out and they're not going to order any more and all of Kansas City is out of it my daughter is distraught, then I'm over here at this location and I asked them and the nice lady that's running the drive-thru right now said yes we have those so she saved the day she deserves a raise it was an excellent experience and now my 9-year-old will have her boob bucket, this has made my day thank you
