Some of the sweetest people in the entire world. I’m from out of town where we don’t have a Dutch Bro’s so decided to swing by and get a drink. I was a little hesitant cause I wanted to try the matcha lemonades but not a huge matcha fan. The two people working were so nice and helped me pick out a matcha lemonade with strawberry and it was amazing.

Recently stopped at this Dutch Brothers location and although they were busy with several cars in line, I was impressed with the timeliness of getting my order. The work staff were friendly and focused on giving me an enjoyable experience customer experience. Will make this location one of my favorites in the KC area.

I go to the raytown Dutch bros literally every day and they are my favorite! I don’t like to tip on my card I’m more of a cash person when it comes to tip but hearing someone say wow while they process my transaction out side really? Not tipping if I can’t get good service
I love Layla and Ally. They slay and always make my day. We need more baristas and people like them!

I'm a regular at this location. It's close to home and they have a walk-up window so I can grab a coffee and a pup-cup while out walking the dog. Those details aside though, I'd still go here for the customer service. They are always working hard to get their drinks out quickly and they are so nice to me and my dog everytime. I've only been disappointed with one drink, but that was just a personal flavor issue and not their fault at all. They still replaced the drink for free though just cause it wasn't for me. Actually, I can think of a few times where they've gone above and beyond. I'll keep going back.
