Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This place is not in the cleanest condition, ever. I will not eat a burger from here anymore because I can see the kitchen's filth. The lobby is not in much better shape, thats as far as I'll go into that. Let's just say you get what you pay for. Not a 1 star because they slightly burn and oversalt the fries like I like them, which is the only thing I buy here.

When we ordered our food in the drive thru the employee couldn't get our order right and was wondering why it was so much. She charged us for two meals when we only wanted one meal and an extra cheeseburger. Then the food quality was horrible. I really wanted French fries but they over salted the fries and I had to waste my money since I had to throw them out because of all the salt also they got the order wrong on both of our cheeseburger. I will never go back to that Freddy's again.

Lunch on Saturday with hubby. Very great service! Got a hamburger with choice of toppings and did not have to pay extra. Fries cooked perfectly.

I had ordered a meal for myself and my daughter and they forgot to put fries in my bag. No big deal. My I complaint is when I revisited the store and went through the drive-thru they told me to come inside to fix it. I'm already in the drive-thru I did not want to leave my car nor enter the store. I don't understand why they could not fix it through the drive-thru.

11/12/24 Don't know why I keep coming back here. Went through the drive-thru twice and they got my order wrong twice. They really don't seem to care at this location.

I love there bacon double cheeseburger with extra onions.

Came to dine-in on Thursday in the early afternoon; had to order two separate times because the middle menu screen was taking an eternity to boot up?

The employee up front was nice but the manager is very unprofessional and kinda worthless as a manager. She mostly sat around in the dining area toying with her phone and having a standoffish attitude instead of, well, being a manager and assisting employees and/or customers.

Food was decent but way overpriced for what it was. I do like the abundance of skinny fries in the meal combo, but the prices are bordering on unreasonable.

Horrible place. Worker was not even wearing a hair net. No uniform. The way the person at the cashier dress seems super unprofessional. I much rather drive to Lee summit. Does this place just hire people off the street who come into the building.
