Ordered the new prime rib steak burger, the meat had a lot of juice which caused the bread to be soggy. Fast service, tots and fries were cooked fresh. I would return for something else or they need to try a different bread

My food was decent. Had the steak burger. The place was unclean and nasty. Not a clean table in the house. Catsup and bbq packets were gross and all squeezed out of the packets in the holders. Tried calling health Dept but they are on the Raytown side.

The girl at the window could not get order right to save her life. Manager explained it set as she was new. If she can't hear, she shouldn't be in the window.

I drive from blue springs to eat at this location. The manager does a great job selecting and training his staff. The food is always good and the service is fine. Don't pass this location by!

the food was good, always enjoy a freddys burger and fries. ONLY complaint I have is.. we were the 2nd customer to order food that day, some tables were a MESS. not wiped down from the night before and OMG the floors were slick as after a Diddy party!! couldn't push myself further into my booth because the floors were that slick!

Don’t get me wrong I love Freddy’s but how are they going to have a limited time brisket burger and when I order it at 330pm they tell me “sorry all the briskets frozen.” Like what? Did you forget to cook it?? So I get a Freddy’s double and tell them no mustard. They heard me say it, it’s on my receipt. I get the burger and there’s so much mustard on it it’s spilling out the sides.. I don’t think I’ll be going to this location again any time soon
