The food was ok, but I ordered in the app. According to the app and signage in the restaurant, there was an area with shelves where orders would be placed. After 20 minutes of waiting for my food to show up on the shelves(there was no food on the shelves) I asked about it. My food had been sitting on the counter for nearly 20 minutes, so it was cold.

The food was good. Could not find one clean table and there weren't bit maybe 3 being used. I had to wet some napkins and wipe one down. No excuse. Drink area filthy. No excuse. Womens bathroom...horrible. So filthy. Not just from a short neglect...just horrible. The female at the counter was NOT friendly at all. Never said thank you to customers. No smile. Won't be back

Horrible burnt food. Customer service is the worst that I have ever experiencedThey start putting up things like an hour before closing so don't go there close to closing time. I asked for chilli cheese fries. They said it was put up for the night and they didn't feel like getting back out. Like seriously? Costing the business money.Then I asked for a dirt and worm sundae for my son. They said it is late and they don't feel like getting the stuff out to make it.Food was cold . I wanted a large drink. They said they didn't feel like getting the cups out for a large so they gave me a medium..Just awful customer service.

I was hungry at lunchtime, so I went to the place with the shortest line because I was in a hurry. It happened to be Freddy's and now I know why the line was short. I already knew I wasn't crazy about their burgers, so I tried the crispy fish sandwich. It looked delicious, but it turned out to be the greasiest sandwich I've had in a very long time. It was literally dripping grease. I do not recommend this fast food place. I won't be going back.

Stopped by for a malt. While what I got tasted good, it had zero malt flavor. A milk shake is not malt. Astonishing they can't get this right. If they can't figure this out, then this place is worth a avoiding.

2/1/24Stopped in for dinner.Got number 1 and ice cream.Kinda slow but not terrible.Food was ok. Had no issues.Service was good.-----------------It's not my favorite burger place. Just got a grilled chicken sandwich combo. As I forgot that combos come with small drinks, they could ask if I want to medium. But the chicken sandwich was literally flavorless. No seasoning no grill taste, nothing. If they put mayonnaise on it, I couldn't tell. I would have to say it was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Thanks for making that happen for the both of us.
