Some of the best BBQ I’ve had recently, hands down. The brisket was tender and packed with flavor, the burnt ends and ribs were incredible with a rich, flavorful bark, and the baked beans were phenomenal.

Harp BBQ is elite. Tyler Harp is the godfather of KC craft BBQ, and it shows in every bite. The brisket is the best in town—no debate. In a just world, Harp BBQ would be a household name far beyond Kansas City. The sausage is an absolute treat, and the Truth Bomb might be the best BBQ sandwich in all the land. Full stop. The sides are always solid, especially the cheesy corn and the sweet potato mash, which easily stand on their own in a city where sides matter. This is Kansas City BBQ at its best—intentional, bold, and unforgettable.

Amazing BBQ! We tried everything and loved it all. The burnt ends were my favorite. That and the brisket were so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork. The tallow french fries were next level. The staff was also great. Very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!
Great briscuit!! Heard good things about other items, excellent service, environment was functional not fancy, very clean and welcoming. Only downside is the pricing, a bit over IMHO.
