06/08/25 Over charged and food was not good. Ordered a slab of ribs, 1/2 of lb of each mean (tukery and burnt ends) one sausage link, then each side, mashed potatoes, fries, Cole slaw, baked beans and Mac/cheese total was $126…I just noticed that is what my husband was charged and the price does not add up based on menu prices. This was some of the most bland nasty food we have ever tasted while living in Kansas. The only thing that was nice was the presentation of how the food was placed in the container for the meats. I will be calling them when they reopen on Tuesday. This is ridiculous.
Slots in nicely in the KC BBQ scene. Brisket very good. Fries were solid and potato salad was excellent. My co-diner did not like the beans though and I've seen this mentioned in some other reviews os this joint so maybe an opportunity there. Staff friendly. Owner made his way to all of the tables to check on guest satisfaction which you don't see very often. Out of the way for us but we'll be back.
Had the two meat combo with brisket and turkey. The seasoning on the turkey was really good. The brisket was super moist and fell apart. The seasoning on the brisket was a good smoky taste. The cheesy corn was great and had an amazing flavor. I was not a fan of the baked beans. They had an odd spice flavor to them. I like mine sweet.
It was totally worth the drive. The food was delicious. We had the ribs, pulled pork sandwich, fries, turkey, macaroni and burnt ends ....we wanted to try a lot of the food and omg nothing disappointed. We will definitely be going back.

Food is AMAZING!! Service was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better lunch spot!
Wow! We had picked up a slab of ribs to take home and we were amazed at the flavor and tender meat.
Today we came in for lunch. Lunch special today was pulled pork sandwich, a side and drink for $14. Decided to give it a try and blown away at the amount of tender meat and flavor.
Royals were playing in the dining area with fun KC pictures adorning the area.
And Saturday $25 Slab special, getting one to go, please!
While the staff was friendly, they all seemed overwhelmed causing slow service to order
While the meats do fall apart in the best way when you are eating, they weren't very flavourful. The best was the turkey
Best BBQ in Kansas City. Ribs are outstanding!!!!! Brisket and burnt ends was fantastic!
Everything!!!! The hospitality was remarkable. The food was scrumptious. The burnt Ends melt in your mouth. BBQ comfort food at its finest ❤️ Keep up the amazing job Harp BBQ

Stopped at the new location for dinner tonight. Very disappointed. Brisket and burnt ends were beyond dry. Sausage was overcooked and the pork belly had a ton of unrendered fat. Spending $65 for two people and left over half uneaten due to quality.
Pretty disappointed. I've been wanting to try Harps when it was in1 Raytown because of the hype and the pictures look amazing. What we received didn't match our expectations. Our food was delivered to our table within minutes of ordering and it was cold. The meat was OK, seemed decent quality but not flavorful at all nor did it have a BBQ taste. The beans and mac n cheese had a much different taste than I've ever had before. The thing that really got me was the tipping when you pay. The tip options started above 20% and you're not even served. You order when you walk in, they drop your food off and that's it. The tip options should start around 15, 18 and 20%. Obviously you can choose custom but it is easier to have appropriate pre-selected options

Stopped in today. Got half slab of ribs, 1/2lb pulled pork and 1/2lb burnt ends. Looking for a go to BBQ, still looking. Calling what we purchased burnt ends is a stretch, too much fat and just expensive brisket. Ribs are OK, pulled pork was the best of all but, dry.

Blandest food I've eaten. Beans made me sick. Three strips of brisket and a small bowl of beans was nearly $30. Absolutely no smoke flavor on the brisket despite being told it was just smoked. Ribs were extremely tasteless too. Wondering who gave them an award

Went by during soft opening, carry out only. Ribs were excellent, as were the two flavors of sausage we tried. Engaging & friendly staff. Can’t wait to return and try other offerings such as brisket, pulled pork, etc. Good to have another very solid BBQ spot in JoCo. Welcome, and here’s to having great success!
