-0 stars. Attempted to pick up my order after a 25+ min drive just to be told I can’t. I used a SAVED EBT card which is saved to my Hyvee account to make my purchase. I showed my ID to the assistant manager and was told I was not able to pick up my groceries without the EBT card. I offered to show the text, email and also on my app and prove I placed the order. I offered to give the last 4 digits of the EBT card as well. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told she was out of town. I asked if someone else in the store was handling complaints and I was told no. The assistant manager called the manager on her cell (not even sure it was the manager) and she tried to tell me the same thing. I explained that I only came to this location because out of all the stores close to home this was the ONLY location that had every item I wanted. Apparently I was “new” to the store even though I have purchased here multiple times. In the past 18 months I have not. Again, I do not live in the area. I was willing to make the drive for the items I needed for my household. So now I wasted gas, time and did not get anything I was hoping for. The Belton and Prairie Village location NEVER had me show ID let alone the payment card. This location was very prejudice and their customer service was NOT how an assistant manager should respond to customer complaints let alone miscommunications. I WILL NOT be back to this location. I will make sure everyone I know DOES NOT come to this location as well.

At 6:30 in the morning on a weekday Linda F. cashier provides the customer service that anyone would want to receive in the morning on their way to work! I always look for the red hair to make sure she’s there. Kudos to Linda!

I like HYVEE'S, people they are very caring and friendly, I am Handy cap, walking is close to impossible, I get help in shopping and putting the products into my VAN which is a great help. JIMMIE MCCLANAHAN

Door dash instead of eating in. They give priority to door dash orders. Our food for some reason was cold except for the wife’s eggs. Toast was forgotten twice. Extremely disappointed.

Their cake decorator is terrible 33$ for a cake that looks like this ? birthdays are special and the cake is the main thing and this is what I had to bring to the party I was so embarrassed

I was there yesterday 8/22. I earned 18 cents on my fuel saver. I went through the self service check out because that's what they want you to do. and to my surprise NOT. it wasn't put on my card. That's how they want it. they don't want you checking it so they don't have to give it to you. I've always shopped at Hy Vee. but this store... They have already kicked me out of their pharmacy. My medication wasn't in stock. it was available at 40 and Noland. the girl told me if I transferred it there I would not be able to have it filled at 350 again. That is the best thing they could have done for me. after Yesterday I will start shopping at 40 and Noland for now on!

Though quite pricey on most grocery items.. they have a very clean store... Their meat and baked breads and cake selections are super great... Very nice organized store! Their buffet is always stocked and the food is varied and deliciously fresh!

Thank you HyVee! I had a three meat skillet with side of gravy and pancake. It was fantastic. The skillet is not too salty, the potatoes are crispy and perfect! The pancake is fluffy, but not dense and has a perfect flavor! Savory and sweet perfection today! My server was wonderful also! Thank you!
