Waited 45 minutes on a Tuesday at 2 with only 4 tables with less then 4 people at them each day to even get a drink servers would rather be on their phone then do anything the cooks are too busy fighting then actually doing anything it’s only been 45 minutes I wonder how much longer it will be before I actually see those drinks let alone anything else….. like silverware. On a positive the women’s restroom was clean but with it being midday on a work week I wouldn’t doubt it

The food was great. I had pancakes and a spinach and mushroom omelette, however, the pancakes were served on a very Small saucer so when I put the syrup on the syrup ran on the table. Because the saucer was so small I did request extra butter and heat it syrup which I had to ask for twice from the waitress. Plus I didn't receive any napkins. When I pulled up to the parking lot the waitresses were outside by the garbage dump chatting so that was my experience. But again, the food was delicious.

There were very few customers when my daughter , grand daughter & father arrived . I was buying my father breakfast for his retirement. They took a very long time to prepare the food while other tables were served first . We love IHOP, but the service at this location definitely needs attention.

We went around 10am and we just waited 15 minutes to get a seat, but after that they took around one hour to get us the food. We try to call a waitress but she just looks at us and walks away. The food was good but in the end they were charging us food that we didn't order, but the manager had to go and remove that item because the cashier couldn't do it.

Terrible service ? there are many IHOPs but I don't like the service of the waiters and waitresses, the truth is I just don't come back and that's it āœ…ļø I don't lose and they don't know if they are interested in the customers who honestly don't seem to care

We ordered online and waited 30 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time for our order. The restaurant was loud, and we observed more than a few customers r before we left. But at that point, she just wanted to get out of the restaurant and head home. Upon arriving home, we discovered we had not received our pancakes or sausage. A few hours later, we went back to the restaurant because we had to make another stop in that area. Staff changed over, but we had the receipt, and the manager had the nerve to ask us if we bought the stuff today, as if we were trying to pull a fact one. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Absolutely.Worst experience ever hour and a 1/2 weight for food.No drink if it refills in between that time and all of the foods was lying
