Consistently get rude employees that have little to no customer service skills. It's a crapshoot if everything is right with the order. Used to be a regular spot a couple years back but staff sure do make it a point to remind us why we don't like to come back.

The manager was so rude and had a bad attitude employees had children eating and throwing food and toys in the lobby the back store was very very filthy I would never visit this location again I never been treated so bad at a restaurant in my life the general manager actually got mad at me and threw my food in the trash I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

Paid these dudes 18 dollars for a sandwich that I had to wait 12 minutes for on a dead day just for them to mess it up. I feel like no tomatoes isn't a hard request

The very cleaver employees here have discovered that if you make someone wait long enough to order, they'll leave and you'll never have to make a sandwich.
This has happened to me repeatedly, its not a one off.

Update: The new employees here are totally polite and respectful; much better than some of the people that I have had to deal with before! Good value on Gargantuan and plenty of meat! Awesome!

Update; This place is totally gone down the tubes led by this female employee who I'd seen before the last time. She wasn't terribly polite the last time but this time shewas extremely rude and lied more three times during the course of our interaction! (What she lacks in manners she's made up for in dishonesty.) When I at first came to the speaker, I told her that I was still making up my mind when she currently asked what I wanted. Then then she said that she didn't hear me in a not-particularly+kind way. I made my order: a little John which I asked for in a lettuce wrap. She immediately claimed that s Little John could not be done on a lettuce wrap. So then I said I wanted regular bread.

When I pulled up she gave me the price and I told her that The sandwich was a free reward. I gave her my phone number and she claimed that I had no free sandwiches coming to me. The employee the last time had clearly said that I did. I told her this and she just left. Then another fellow, Jerrmy I think, who had in the past been decent came to help me. He told me that he had heard me order a regular. He had apparently heard "regular bread" an out of me genuine misunderstanding or out of some attempt at solidarity with his coworker, told me that I'd ordered a regular sandwich. The woman lied again and said that I ordered a regular sandwich. I pointed out that if I'd order a regular sandwich why is he told me I couldn't get a little John on lettuce wrap? Of course she had no response to this. She repeatedly claimed that I had ordered a regular. (It's also doesn't explain why she said that I had no sandwich at all coming went In fact I had a little John coming, she's just rife with dishonesty) A younger fella was more helpful and it turned out that this woman had been lying about the fact that I couldn't get a little John on a lettuce wrap as well we started the whole problem! I specifically said no croutons and no mustard. When I finally got this sandwich it had croutons on it! This is the reward program that punishes you. Not a great promotion. Horrible place!

Jeremy took my order. The ordering process was amazingly smooth: no BS or games or things that make me feel tense! Unlike Subway, I could get my sandwich without bread or even wrap and not be charged more for it. It turns out they have an easy lettuce wrap option (unwich) which is amazing, furthermore make it no problem to get all of the freebies (or any that you want)! The gargantuan at least the regular size—I can't speak for the larger one—is an amazing deal: so much protein! Jeremy is very charismatic and it was a positive experience!

Dietary restrictions: As mentioned they have a great low-carb option for the subs the unwich! No upcharge for trying to avoid bread like Subway has tried to do!

Be careful using your card here, they like to charge you 3 times if you order online and if they forget part of your order, you are S.O.L.

3 times in a row my delivery order has been wrong or missing subs done through the app and there's no way to get a refund or get missing item made for pick up according to the store. I'm done ordering Jimmy John's.
