We ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 of them were wrong. We used to come here every week. This horrible service is why we don't come here anymore.

Consistently get rude employees that have little to no customer service skills. It's a crapshoot if everything is right with the order. Used to be a regular spot a couple years back but staff sure do make it a point to remind us why we don't like to come back.
Edit: tried it again almost a year later. Still a terrible decision

The service and speed for mobile orders is the best I have seen for fast food. Order for pickup and every time it's ready by the time I get there and I'm in and out in 30s. Never need to go to subway again, jimmy johns is higher quality, faster, and cheaper.

Months later tried them again. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Only car in line. Ordered online and pulled up. Was told it's going to be some time before they make my 2 sandwiches. What are they doing in the meal time, considering I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER?!?!? From my view from the drive thru window. The 1 male staff member was determined to gain the only females phone number. Wildly inappropriate behavior. A very long time later they FINALLY got around to making my two little sandwiches. They did address the nearly 20 min wait. The male apologized saying they had to clean a single table inside. I work in the food industry. It isn't possible for 1 table to require a 20 buss between 2 staff members. Clearly management needs to change again. I really don't know why I bother.
No matter what you order they go out of their way to make it wrong. They could mess up a single order of water. Only come here if you have no opinion of what you want and will eat anything. Hard burnt bread. Cucumbers instead of pickles. You name it they will will screw it up.

This used to be a great location with fast service but today we counted 5 people working with no customers inside and we waited in the drive thru for almost 30 mins, only 2 cars in front of us. The guy said they were short staffed and then was eating food while working at the drive thru window??
Food was decent though.

Food was awesome. I did and online order for pick up. I arrived about 15 minutes after the order was placed. I arrived the food had not been started. So paid and I filled my cup and sat down. After 10 minutes another customer came in and ordered the same sandwich I did. As he paid he was handed his sandwich and was on his way. I continued to wait another 5 minutes before I asked if everything was ok. The older gentleman asked the name on my order, I informed him. And he asked the young woman about it. She snapped and glared at me saying that what I'm working on. So another few minutes go by and the new guy was just staring at all the finished food like he was high or something, the older guy was professional however flat out lied with the excuses he used. Its whatever the other two put him in a bad spot. But the customer service was rude and insulting! Hence the 2 star! Would have been a one start for customer service alone had the food not been so good.

I visited to get a sandwich I ordered a couple weeks ago. When I got the Italian club last time it was amazing. This time it was the opposite. The staff where mostly sitting around the lobby. One woman made my sandwich while another walked circles around the kitchen talking LOUDLY on a FaceTime call. She did this from 3:18 when I came in until 3:50. The woman would walk circles and pretend to be busy. But was really just talking on the phone. It was disturbing.
2. THE SANDWICH had so much Cesar dressing I had to wipe most of it and the veggies off my sandwich in order to taste anything else. If I wanted to drink Caser I could have gone to Walmart and bought a bottle much cheaper.
Conclusion This Jimmy Johns is normally good but today it was definitely not. They need to find more crew like the ones here the last two times I visited.

Paid these dudes 18 dollars for a sandwich that I had to wait 12 minutes for on a dead day just for them to mess it up. I feel like no tomatoes isn't a hard request

This location is kinda incredible. Everywhere else I can place an order and get a sandwich. But here, they just stare at you and wait till you leave
The very cleaver employees here have discovered that if you make someone wait long enough to order, they'll leave and you'll never have to make a sandwich.
This has happened to me repeatedly, its not a one off.
