The service and speed for mobile orders is the best I have seen for fast food. Order for pickup and every time it's ready by the time I get there and I'm in and out in 30s. Never need to go to subway again, jimmy johns is higher quality, faster, and cheaper.

Went in for lunch today. It's been years since I've been at a Jimmy John's. I ordered I paid and not only did I not get the pickle I asked for I didn't even get any napkins. Luckily I was still there and I asked for them both.
