Didn't seem to be fully staffed, but they were nice and got our food to us in about 30 minutes and it was fresh and hot and good. The lobby was full the entire time we were there. The key is order on the kiosk.

Restaurant opened at 1030am i arrived at 1033 i ordered 3pc tenders combo did not receive the biscuit or drink when I told employee she argued saying it didn't come with it i had to show her my receipt and point to menu before she realized I was right then I had to double check because the strips were so small I thought I ordered nuggets by accident also food was not fresh or warm cold fries hard biscuit and mac and cheese not hot at all I was only person in restaurant yet at least 6 tables were dirty and drink station was filthy I definitely will not go back here total waist of money
Went throught the drive through and idk why but the guy I think his name was josh was so rude and forgot all of our drinks and left us in the drive through for 10 mins and never spoke to us until we knocked on the window

Yet again we ordered the 12 piece chicken only bucket and found out the next day that kfc only gave us 8 pieces. And so my husband had to drive back to the restaurant to get the other 4 pieces that they didn't give us the first time. Yes, this has happened before to us and NO we will NOT go back!
