Actually, the service was quick, the person that was on the speaker was informative and professional, the lady that gave me my food was very nice and professional! The food was awesome. Actually the KFC at this location is the best, which is such a surprise in this society. It's the only fast food I go to, thanks KFC and staff!!!

Every once and awhile, the oil gets rancid at this location. The staff doesn't seem to want to change the oil when its supposed to be changed.

So I ordered an app 15+ and get eight piece chicken free I went in at redeem coupon when I got to Raytown location I was charged 2479 for eight piece chicken finger without the eight piece free chicken. How could you not get the eight piece free chicken when you redeemed the coupon that was July 19 today is the 23rd. I’m still waiting on corporate to call me back very dissatisfied

Order at the counter, I feel like they were so didn’t want to take our order at the counter. Ordered a 12 piece came with a three sides came home ended up with only two sides. They put the food on the counter. It didn’t even tell me it was ready when they set it on the counter. Walked away. About five minutes later they said oh order a 12 piece and he said yes oh, it’s right here. Seems that the biscuits did not seem fresh They’re hard and I ordered extra biscuits too
