Absolutely disgusting. Not only were the fries practically empty as that bowl is supposed to be two large fries, but we had to Air fry them for warmth and ANY kind of decent texture besides slop once we got home. I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe add cheese. And this magical mess of a burnt sandwich is what I was given, so I got to pay for a sandwich with extra charges (cheese) and then STILL had to come home and use my own tomato lettuce, and mayo. I understand that errors happen. But these errors are nothing more than pure laziness of staff. Do better.if I wanted cook my own meal, I would have done just that.

FIRST... 9 out of 10 times, the food usually takes awhile to be prepared, and we're talking close to 10-15 minutes after it was ordered.
Then, there seems to be a lot of items on the menu that are 86ed. (out of order)
Finally, alot of the employees working the window/drive through are incredibly rude. However, this problem has gotten a little bit better as of recently.
I think the customer should always hear" thank you" , but it never happens.

If you have the app it seems worth it as there are many deals and rewards to choose from. Every day before work i grab a 99¢ large coffee either caramel, french vanilla, hot or cold. You spend 2$ you get a free medium fry thru the app, what's better than free fries?

Manager was sitting in the dinning area on the phone ranting to her boss about problems regarding there repair man's compatance making it clear to the customers in the lobby not only is mcdonalds management is not good but there repair guy aswell, probably why there's never ice cream. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful to both the parents and children that were in dinning area.

When I say this was the most horrible service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s I will never return here and will just go out my way and go to McDonald’s on rainbow as they have amazing customer service I was cursed out by a manager that would not give her name she was African American with dreads I was in at 8:07 on January 27th,2025. When asked to speak to another manager for my refund I was denied a refund I asked for both of there name which then the Mexican manager said that she does not have a name I need someone to reach out to me about this horrible experience as they should not have managers working there with such poor customer service .
