So today we all ate McDonald’s in raytown on 350 and now we are all throwing up the fry’s and chicken nuggets and they aren’t answering a phone

Dirty every single table dirty employees sitting at alot of tables. I had to wipe our table out was so nasty. Floors dirty. Employees sitting around chasing it up while the restaurant looks like crap. Eating their own food at dirty tables. Seems like all they want to do is chat

Ordered breakfast per usual and got told to pull around. No problem with that but we waited for 15 minutes. We finally got someone that was bringing us food however they brought the wrong. They asked to see the receipt and it took another 7 minutes before we got our food. I understand if they were busy and want to keep times down, but dont pull that many cars if you cant keep track of who had what.

Absolutely disgusting. Not only were the fries practically empty as that bowl is supposed to be two large fries, but we had to Air fry them for warmth and ANY kind of decent texture besides slop once we got home. I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe add cheese. And this magical mess of a burnt sandwich is what I was given, so I got to pay for a sandwich with extra charges (cheese) and then STILL had to come home and use my own tomato lettuce, and mayo. I understand that errors happen. But these errors are nothing more than pure laziness of staff. Do better.if I wanted cook my own meal, I would have done just that.

FIRST... 9 out of 10 times, the food usually takes awhile to be prepared, and we're talking close to 10-15 minutes after it was ordered.

Then, there seems to be a lot of items on the menu that are 86ed. (out of order)

Finally, alot of the employees working the window/drive through are incredibly rude. However, this problem has gotten a little bit better as of recently.

If you have the app it seems worth it as there are many deals and rewards to choose from. Every day before work i grab a 99¢ large coffee either caramel, french vanilla, hot or cold. You spend 2$ you get a free medium fry thru the app, what's better than free fries?
