Paid over $3 for a hot fudge sundae with maybe 1/2 teaspoon of hot fudge on it. Very stingy, asking for a refund. Also, employees don't talk or greet you at all. They hand you your stuff and shut the door on your face.

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've been to recently which is a shame because I grew up going to this McDonald's. I always loved it there. There service and the food was good. Now this McDonald's the employees have a hard time communicating effectively so ensure good service, my coffee is always cold when I get it. When I do place an order I have a hard time getting what I ordered. I'll order breakfast then when I show up to get my food they won't fulfill the order. Food has been missing or I've been given the wrong order entirely. So cold food, lack of quality service, rude employees. If there was a lower rating than one star I'd give a lower rating.

Terrible management. Always old food cooked incorrect. Order on app and still made wrong. Go somewhere else....... Tried again and failed... missing items and I ordered on app. Just do your job for once!!!!!!!!!!!!

Left home about 10 minutes early so I could grab McDonald's on the way to Temple. All I ordered was a sausage burrito, a hashbrown, and a medium iced coffee. I immediately get my burrito and hashbrown, but they pull me forward for 15 minutes while I watch them hand out about 10 iced coffees behind me to the other people in the drive thru. Everyone pulled into a parking space for their order, including me, had to go inside to pick it up themselves. I understand being busy, but the people who've been pulled forward should do so because they had a large order, not because you'd rather help everyone else first. Oh and also my picante was missing.

Pay close attention to the reviews on this page as they pretty much 100 reflect the treatment that I was given today. I’m in the drive-through at approximately 11:15am. The woman on the intercom so rude. I can barely get my words out before she’s interrupting me! This is truly sad considering the amount of business that I’ve given McDonald’s through the years. I deserve better! You ask the customer for an order, Let your customer speak!
