The order taker/cashier at the first window was unprofessional and rude. She exhibited no common courtesy, and should consider that we, the customers, are the reason she has a job. The young lady at the second window, who gave us our food, was the opposite-friendly, polite and smiling.
Just a Meh experience. Our order was shorted as all of our food was thrown in 1 sack literally. Large fries didn't even cover HALFWAY up the box! (once we put the fries back in their box strewn from inside the sack) and it appears our 1 sandwich that had cheese was microwaved. Shotty service from drive thru to receiving order.And, this isn't the 1, 2 or 3rd time we have been disappointed. Sad.No wonder Whataburger is #1 now. Food, Price & Service. It matters!!!
