Tonight, 9/6/2025, at 8:40PM. I picked up my doordash that I ordered, but with my negligence in selecting the food, I was not aware that Panda served HOT Orange Chicken. So I went home and discovered the chicken looked different, so then I checked the receipt and it says HOT Orange Chicken. I even double checked on my Doordash and alas, I selected it without actually paying attention. I drove back to explain and woman I spoke to was very understanding, I asked if it was possible to switch the HOT ones for the Original Orange chicken, since I can't eat spicy food. Her and her manager both agreed offered to redo the plate and even cooked the Original Orange chicken because they ran out. They then handed me over the new plate and was very pleasant. I just want to thank the night crew for their awesome service and I apologize for being a nuisance. You guy's were awesome!

It’s not ok to serve cold shrimp that’s meant to be hot. It’s a food safety issue. I don’t know how long this premium entree sat cool, not even room temp. I didn’t have the time to turn around to have them fix it. I was omw to get my kiddo from school from the other side of town. If you don’t have the food hot and ready, give the patron an opportunity to select an alternative that’s fresh and ready to go. Would very much appreciate the company taking the time to fix the mistake. I have a weak immune system & cannot risk eating something that’s possibly been out too long. When I say it wasn’t even slightly warm, I mean there was literally no way it had been properly kept in the correct temp environment for it to be safe to consume. Please please please do better. There’s so many people who would be hurt by not caring about food safety. The chicken dish was great, lo mein, & super greens were the perfect temp. I think there needs to be more awareness when serving food that has a higher chance of food poisoning. Especially when there’s an extra charge for said food.

The worst PE I have ever been too and I eat at them often. 2 minutes after arriving at home.- I threw the entire meal in the trash were it belonged. Only the universe knows how long that food was sitting under the lights. The rice was HARD, clumped together and not editable. The noodles were dried up and just as hard and uneditable.
I will never ever stop at this place again. The only reason I didn't return the food and request a refund- was I picked up the food on the way home from work today and I live 15 minutes away.
A total waste of $11.00.

I wish I would’ve read reviews before visiting this location. I ordered one teriyaki chicken bowl with fried rice and one kung pao chicken bowl with super greens. The super greens were literally raw, and I did not receive kung pao chicken, just two orders of teriyaki which both looked and tasted very old.

Went through the drive thru and it was quick service but ended up having to go back for utensils and the topping for my meal. Get home and find out it's 99% Fat, barely any edible chicken at all. :/ Then my drink had no ice in it so it was warm by the time I got home. Just avoid this location.

Lazy a$$ employees made me sit in a 8+ car drive-thru cause the lobby was closed and I could have just walked and picked it up my order 5 minutes before close. Worthless employees pretended to scrub the cement outside. Been waiting 30 minutes now.
