I ordered directly from the store because door dash is trash and takes forever. I could’ve saved on delivery fees if I used door dash. However I was willing to spend more to not deal with door dash. Lo and behold they used door dash now my pizza is sitting somewhere nowhere near me or papa johns. Smh

The problem with this store is management. There is one person there in the evenings named Mike who claims to be a manager but he is the rudest, nastiest person. He yells at customers, speaks down to them and has a horrible attitude in just basic communications. He even treats his coworkers in the store like garbage. He throws things and acts like an immature child. It is unbelievable that a person like this can hold a position of management.

The lady at the counter was very helpful but didn't seem fully trained. The gentleman who tried to assist us was less then helpful due to an online issue. The online service was down at this time. His response was " I can't do anything for the online pricing" this gentleman claimed to be a manager and made me place an order online over 9 dollars. This is very frustrating and he made no attempt to help.

They don’t know how to read numbers on a house to get it to the right location. My neighbor gets free pizza every time I order from there. That’s why I haven’t ordered in a while. Tried again today and same thing. Never again

I don't care for this brand of pizza but my kids love it so that's what I got. Upon entering I stated that I was here for and I said the name the order was placed under and the clerk asked me about when was it ordered? I was dumbfounded and just said "Today!" Slightly questioning his own. I also need to get around using an assistive device which usually everyone else in fast food when I pick up something from inside the building will at least offer to take care of the carrying out of the business and put it in my vehicle. This young man never batted an I so I don't ask either I struggle with everything that I had to carry. I managed to get it done and home with everything but may I suggest this to any and all people that are working in the business field it's likely that you are going to earn points for the pure generosity of offering to carry something for your customers and whether or not they struggle with some sort impairment and may be a regular person fully capable, offering some kind of assistance for some obvious struggle that you are seeing a person in during your related business with them "Offer something that would be helpful" instead of just standing there watching this person in some odd predicament.Always strive to go over and above the trained things that you have learned from life and it just might be rewarded to you in some way that would blindside you.Interesting concept and Papa John this pizza is very interesting today. It's been good to eat this time. Thank you
Vegetarian options: I can only somewhat recommend their food because they do have a lot of veggies available but unfortunately I have not inquired about the dough that they use it may not be a suitable option for a vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Pizza can be made to order for everyone so most dietary restrictions can be made by your own choices of options available when ordering food.
Parking: For the people who may have an added need for extra space for entering and exiting the establishment this particular location is going to be perfect for those who are wheelchair bound as there's plenty of space provided to assist you with your disability.
Wheelchair accessibility: A very nice and spacious parking area roomy enough for the needed room that is required if using any type of wheelchair..
