Called and immediately asked for the $10.99 large 2 topping pizza advertised online. Then in store they tried to charge me like $17 til I told them it was that special. They adjusted the price but I got home and noticed the crust was super thin and not the original crust I wanted and also it had ranch sauce instead of the red sauce I said I wanted on the phone. Listening skills are hard to come by these days and today was a reminder of that. Hope corporate can issue a refund cause this is not what I ordered.

An online order was a total disaster. I should have checked the pizza on the bottom of the 2 that I ordered. The top was a bbq chicken and it was just ok. Very skimpy on toppings. The bottom was supposed to be a Cowboy but it had absolutely no meat? I didn't check before I left the store but was very disappointed when I got home. The customer service has gone downhill now for the past couple months. There was no smiles, no greetings, no thank you at all. The young lady looked at me and mumbled, 'know what you want'? After informing her I had an online order she seemed very put out. The manager was there and never acknowledged anyone who walked in either. You need to train your staff and the manager as I am sure you will not have many customers soon.

I don't understand what the problem is today with people that work in service jobs where they deal with customers but they don't know how to speak to customers. What's hard was saying hello or good afternoon to people when they walk into an establishment to spend their hard earned money? The atmosphere was down because the customer service was down. I realized that the counter person was not going to speak, so I said, "hi!" AND STILL... no reply.

The pizza is always amazing and the staff seem very nice. Unfortunately the older female manager was extremely rude to the employees and customers. I feel very sorry for the workers there and wouldn't wish that treatment on anyone.
Service was all about knowledge of the cash register. No one seemed to know how to make the necessary adjustments for my purchase. Even the manager in charge. I actually got charged two times. Everything else was fine, and enough to make me go back.

Customer service is the worst rude as hell plus I ordered a family size pizza supposedly “16 which I normally get for a family of 6 and it was small enough to go on my cookie sheet, had to cut much smaller portions.!
