Why mark my food as completed when I have to wait an extra 30 mins for it to be done. Secondly my food is completely cold when yall said it was done .

Rude and unprofessional! Waited as a door dasher for two orders. When I arrived I was told one was on the cut table and the other in the oven. 2nd order came up after about 20 minutes but first order was missing a pizza. After waiting more than an appropriate amount of time I asked to check on my second order. I was told I could either shut up or unassigned and leave! I asked again If I could simply check on an order since my first one had come up so long ago. I was then told that they would not be giving me my orders and they were going to have me blocked as a door dasher and to leave the store! I am a female door dasher and this gentleman thought it was appropriate to tell me to shut up.

I ordered my pizza online for pickup.I came in and there was a whole bunch of orders in the warmer and a lobby full of people. We saw workers in the back and asked them to help us and we were ignored for 30 minutes. By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Pizza Hutt and we will not be back.

Ordered a pan pizza, pepperoni lovers, with mushroom, bacon, and garlic. I got maybe 2 peices of pepperoni per slice, I don't even see bacon on it, and it seems like they just dumped a bunch of garlic on it instead of a normal amount. I also found a few onions on it (and I hate onions). The pan crust that costs extra was also messed up, seems deflated or something and looks more like hand tossed than pan.
I don't understand why they would only have 2 people working on a Sunday. So many door dashes had to cancel

Manager is very rude and not helpful. We have made multiple orders from this location and every order continues lack the full order. Missing small portions. (Missing drinks. Missing portion of the wings or other sides.) Will no longer be ordering anything from this location in raytown on 67th st.

This location never disappoints. We literally go out of our way to order from this location because it’s better than our neighborhood one. The service from all of the staff is always very polite and welcoming, the place is clean, and the pizzas are always hot, fresh, and well put together (not messy or cut all crazy).
