This location never disappoints. We literally go out of our way to order from this location because it’s better than our neighborhood one. The service from all of the staff is always very polite and welcoming, the place is clean, and the pizzas are always hot, fresh, and well put together (not messy or cut all crazy).

February 2, 2025-- I ordered a large meat lover's pan pizza for carry-out. When I opened it at home, it looked like the crust had been setting in water. It was so soggy it dripped. Not wet with sauce - more like water sogged crust. I am still wondering how this happened. Like most people, I have eaten pizza at many different places for many years. This one, I will remember as the worst ever. Did I contact management? You only needed to witness the 3 employees that were present. There was no need to waste a call. -- Hardie Smith

-5 star The worst customer service EVER!! No matter what a customer says to you and yes I know it can be hard at times, but as a employee you do not try to fight the customer or use profanity!!! The employee of THIS Pizza Hut tired to fight me!!! Myself as being a upcoming business owner would fire Shay and demote whoever hired her for bad judgment of character ijs!!! If she would have put her hands on me Pizza Hut would be out of a good lump sum [BAD BUSINESS]!!! This is a family place, you do not use profanity!!! As a employee your a inflection of the company [LOOKS REALLY BAD]!!!! You do not bring your ghetto attitude to work with you!!!! No matter the day you had, you should always be professional at work!!! Meaning helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner!!! Providing great service is one of the most important things, that can set your business apart from the others of its kind!!! Which this place has no idea to do!!! We will be taking our services elsewhere!!!

don’t use your card here they will steal from you worker added a 90$ tip because i didn’t take my receipt in the store only realized 2 days later
The pizza looked like it had been sitting a long time. I was there for pickup standing for 20 minutes after it said my order was ready. The pizza itself was beyond terrible. By far the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust was... I dunno.. powdery? We got Pizza Hut because my 4yo kept asking about it. Haven't had it for a long time. Will not be going back.
Since pizza hut out source with door dash. Both times my order has either been wrong.. or taken hours. I'm giving up. Maybe it's just a Raytown thing..
