So I guess you don’t put your fries in a container anymore and they forgot my sauce
45 minutes what's the wait time for a very small meal. The staff is rather rude when you just want to make sure that the sauce is in there cuz people are human and can forget things

Food is very slow coming out. While we were eating. Lady came out and announced very loudly, "exit out door by service counter," and lock all doors. They did not have enough people to operate the store. Never said why. I came to the conclusion, drive thru only. Food was good.

Everytime I order something is always missing. You can't get through to customer service(terrible) and today they served raw rice! I will never go here again or any other Popeye's for that matter. Oh and when you do get through on the phone with they just hang up on you!
After waiting in line for 45 min, the food was old and gross, I ordered surf and turf, the shrimp was not edible to say the less ?!?!? I'll never be back 😤

Placed a mobile order at lunchtime. Went to the drive-thru to pick it up. After sitting for 10+ minutes with the line not advancing, an employee came outside and started telling drivers that their computers went down and that they don't know when they'll be back online. I showed the employee my email receipt and asked if I could either get the order filled or get a refund and she just shrugged and walked away. I was the last vehicle in line so, I backed up, parked and went inside. I guess the computers were back online at this point, because they were taking orders when I walked in. I got in line, behind several customers. When it was my turn, I told the cashier that I had a mobile order. He didn't ask for my order number or name. Instead, he just turned his attention to the customer behind me and asked to take her order, then took several other orders as I waited. 20 minutes later and nobody had even bothered to help me even though I was standing literally at the counter. I could see my order up on a screen that was facing the counter, finally got the attention of a server (not the cashier that had previously ignored me) and told her I had a mobile order, and that I could see it on their screen. She asked me for my name, then filled my order (although she acted irritated that I had asked for her help). From the time I got into the drive-thru until the time I received it, 52 minutes had elapsed. I get 30 minutes for lunch and got docked the extra time it took me to get back, so it really cost me roughly $45 for my meal. I'm begging you, folks. Don't go to this place. Ever.

I always come to the Popeyes in raytown they have the best service , food and it's always fresh. I went to KFC the other day because that'd what my son wanted let me just tell you KFC ain't got shit on you guys!!! Love the crew and the food much love
