I stopped by Scooters today and Jordan absolutely made my day! He was so cheerful and full of holiday spirit it was contagious. I ordered the “Buddy the Elf” chai, and he even quoted the movie while making it, which totally put me in the Christmas mood. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys spreading joy like that. Thanks, Jordan, for the smiles and festive energy!

Waited in line for 20 minutes only for them to forget my order, waited more for them just to make it wrong. Asked them to remake it and they made it wrong again. They couldn’t give me my refund or a receipt. These people were clearly new with no manager on site. I contacted customer service and got no response. Very disappointing

Everything was perfect! The kiddos got their combos in the little boxes, absolutely adorable! The little sunglasses were a nice touch!!!! The staff was nice and quick. The new XL size is amazing. We have been saying for years how the size was so small in comparison to other coffee places but now they seem to be more in line with their competitors. Very impressed, will be back. If it’s been a minute since you have been, I’d give them another chance they are now under new management and actually have a store manager.

Ever since the Old manager J left scooters has gotten terrible and when I'm spending $45-$50 a week, I expect my stuff to be made right. Not made wrong and by fixing it the just scoop off the top and I pray that I get what I ordered.
Every day my order is made is made wrong. Never get a im sorry or anything, instead they are just rude. Very disappointing. I am tired of spending money for bad service and made wrong orders.
The ONLY time my order is made right is when the weekend staff is working. Never gets my order wrong. Guess I'll only be coming to Scooters on the weekends.

Order the Oreo grinder with no espresso and when I got it it had extra espresso in it. Tried to call the store and got an answering service to leave a message to get a call back 24 hours to 48 hours

They have great coffee drinks and excellent service. The issue that keeps me from returning is the fact they don't advertise or promote any "low carb" or "lower carb" or "keto friendly" drinks. Whereas a nearby competitor makes it easy for me.

First time here and will be my last. Everything is just thrown together. My Caramelicious has no caramel or whip cream. My strawberry smoothie tastes very weird. The everything bagel sandwich was hard like a rock.
Always had good customer service until today they were rude and I’m still waiting on my money back they tried to get me to pull off with out a receipt then they called someone now they want to give me extra sauces for free
