Went during lunch ordered Shrimp and vegetable Lo Mein, Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon. The veggies and noodles were very cold, the egg roll was reheated. Red flags NO Refund, NO Exchange, Restaurants no longer take pride in the quality of their food. I should have known not to trust a place that doesn't want you to see them preparing the food.

Love this place. Quick, hot, and delicious. Always order through the drive through when I arrive and I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5-7 minutes for the food. Orange chicken is the best I've ever had.

The staple food is unpalatable and small in quantity. The chicken is like zombie meat, dark in color and not tender
The quality of the food has dropped considerably. Ordering anything with shrimp means you get 2 cups of partially cooked vegetables and 5 shrimp. I ordered Cashew shrimp and did not find one cashew. It was mostly inch thick celery and carrot chunks with sauce and the rice was brown rice.
