I ordered a coco colada bowl. The coconut base was freezer burnt. They didn’t include the mangoes that I added. I ordered the exact same bowl yesterday and it was perfect. I am hoping this time was a fluke.

I just came for the first time and I will never come back here We asked him for a promotion of 9.99 and he said Ok when he brought us everything it was not what we asked for and he said that the promotion was for the application Very bad they should say it before Another person would not react Well 0 Stars

Literally took up my entire 30 minutes. Worker was clearly in NO hurry to do her job. She seemed way more interested in talking to her co worker in the other room. I definitely will NOT be back.

My smoothie was very nasty. I ordered two pineapple surfs. They had no sweetness to it at all . I even tipped and still received bad service.

I've ordered through the drive thru and the app several times and have never had bad service. They smoothies are always good and the staff gets it to me fast.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing several locations throughout the MO and KS area, and I've came to the conclusion that this 350 Hwy in Raytown, MO location is the best by far!! #1 in customer service, #1 in cleanliness, and definitely #1 in making the best smoothies ever!!!!

Wanted to get a fulfilling smoothie today after work however the drive thru attendant told me i had to order in store or on the app. I let her know i can order on the app no worries. She stated i would have to come inside to pick up which i don’t understand. She said the drive thru was closed. I was already at the window about to place the mobile order so why couldn’t she just hand the drink to me? The parking lot was NOT cleaned and the drive thru barely was. I do not want to park and come in just to be stuck in snow.

I have stopped at the Smoothie King in Raytown a few times after work, and I have had a great experience each time! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and care about their customers! I would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried it and to those who have, keep on coming!

Just left from getting my start of the day lemonade. The establishment was clean with warm greetings☺️ I had to acknowledge this location it seems to be much better than it was in the past. I don’t know what has changed other than the smiley faces maybe new management. If so they’re doing great!!!
