We came to the drive thru as we always do. My husband just got out the hospital from major surgery. Everytime our order is messed up food not fresh and manager very rude and disrespectful. She has no customer service skills so how a she a manager? We live in within walking distance but Is rather drive to a better customer friendly Sonics than eat from this bad one.

It should never take nearly 40 minutes to make a plain cheeseburger and a cherry limeade. I had been incredibly patient since it was nearing closing time. But after seeing how quickly the drive thru line was cleared and my order STILL was not ready, I knew this was a waste of time. A re-evaluation of their order management is desperately needed.

By far the worst sonic I've ever been to. We legitimately waited over 30 minutes IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. Only to get a chocolate blast that tastes like banana? Which wouldn't be the end of the world if it wasn't disgusting and bought for my pregnant wife....who HATES banana ?♂️ I'll never go back, and I highly recommend you avoid this one folks...
