If I could rate this Sonic a zero I would.
I absolutely love Sonic but sadly am always disappointed in this location. They can never seem to get an order correct. Service is ALWAYS slow no mater how many cars are waiting. The food taste as if it has been sandbagged and left for hours. I myself am in the service industry and do not understand how this store is even still operating. WORST SONIC EVER! I have tried and tried again to give this location a chance but sadly will not be supporting this awful sad excuse for a restaurant again. Corporate should really look into what is happening here.

I have ordered from the sonic several times I’ve had multiple bad orders. Most of the time we order big drink orders and they always get messed up these last two months it has been almost amazing. Until last night when I went, it was more than amazing. It was perfect. Pretzels were perfect. The girl who talked to me had so much enthusiasm asked me so many questions and helped me so much and was such a great worker. I wish I got her name.

Never any problems when i go in the morning but will NOT be going in the evening anymore. I always do mobile ordering at places and never have any issues except for Sonic, specifically the evening. Multiple times they supposedly don't even get my order, even though I have my email receipt and see my name pop up on the stall screen when I check in. Tonight I waited almost 45 minutes for 2 freaking slushies. Ridiculous.

Waited over 45 min for an order that hadn't even been started yet. So left. We're only three people working. Drive thru was clear around building and parking was full. Bad day for all.
