Never any problems when i go in the morning but will NOT be going in the evening anymore. I always do mobile ordering at places and never have any issues except for Sonic, specifically the evening. Multiple times they supposedly don't even get my order, even though I have my email receipt and see my name pop up on the stall screen when I check in. Tonight I waited almost 45 minutes for 2 freaking slushies. Ridiculous.

Waited over 45 min for an order that hadn't even been started yet. So left. We're only three people working. Drive thru was clear around building and parking was full. Bad day for all.

Terrible service. Horrible intercom. The girl working it tonight didn’t help by speaking at a low volume and not trying to increase it.

They hold condiments hostage as if they are paying for them. Service is always slow. The chicken tenders were five crispy dried out non delicious hard pieces of breaded nothingness.

Do better Sonic! Extra candy in the ice cream means throughout the entire ice cream. Not just on top. Needs better quality food n customer service!!

If you’re not going to take orders at the stalls just get rid of them and only do drive through. Always slow and unpleasant probably not even the employees fault whoever manages the store doesn’t care.

Last 2 times I've ordered delivery they have forgotten 1 or more items. This time I ordered 2 sprites. 1 was a sprite the other was just carbonated water. I understand we make mistakes but consecutively?? Good help is hard to find. Definitely won't be ordering here again.

When u go out to eat and you pay over $50 u kinda have some expectations! Like for your food to be cooked fresh. Although the staff was polite in fixing the items missed in our order and replacing food that wasn't fresh, it added an extra 20 minutes on to the 25 minutes already there so while waiting all the other food got cold an entire waste!

We came to the drive thru as we always do. My husband just got out the hospital from major surgery. Everytime our order is messed up food not fresh and manager very rude and disrespectful. She has no customer service skills so how a she a manager? We live in within walking distance but Is rather drive to a better customer friendly Sonics than eat from this bad one.
