Ordered a salad bowl, only filled it half way. Charged me almost $10. And to top it off they had No Forks to eat it with!

Have been getting sandwiches from This Subway For year's. In the past always was a decent place to grab a sandwich. I was told to never come back And I won't. First manager accused ME of inappropriate parking in a handicap. My Big toe is broke. Has had conversations with me in The past that were grown up conversations. Today no steak. No service And Will never patronize This Subway. Living in raytown 15 year's. Will never go back again PS checked no kid's present but the manxxxx🤔

Came in store at 8:15 pm sandwich maker was sooo rude. Mumbling and not speaking in full sentences. Seemed annoyed. Kept shouting for someone to come help her make sandwiches. Ingredients were ran down or missing all together.

Pick another location if you need a sub.

The employees just refused to make cookies for me when I ordered them online for a second time they don't make cookies past 3:00 p.m. every time I stop in they are telling me how they're not going to make any cookies why even offer cookies if you're not going to make them?!

This location skimps on toppings you will only get 10 inches of veggies of your 12 inch sub. Additionally, the staff don't know how to use the online ordering system. I placed an order online and knew it wouldn't be ready yet so I was attempting to take a seat in the lobby when one of the staff members asked me for my last name. After supplying my name the staff insisted that I did not have an order or I had to be at the wrong location and got quite hateful about it. As it turns out, that associate just was poorly trained because that's not how their tickets are listed off. So the staff initiated the conversation with me and then became hateful insisting that I didn't know what I was talking about when in actuality they just weren't doing their due diligence. Again I tried to take a seat to wait and then the staff tried to make it seem as if their lack of ticket management system was my fault because it wasn't the order time yet, which was the whole reason for me taking a seat in the first place when the staff chose to initiate this rude and unfortunate interaction.

Extremely Disappointed with Subway’s Response During a Tornado Warning
On June 3rd, while Raytown, MO was under a tornado warning, my 73-year-old mother sought shelter inside a Subway restaurant, only to be kicked out while sirens blared. I was on the phone with her at the time and recorded part of our conversation, but due to the loud sirens, I could barely hear her.
What made this situation even more dangerous was that she was on foot—and there was an actual tornado on the ground. It is unbelievable that this Subway location would refuse shelter during an emergency. Is this really their policy when lives are at risk?
I have attempted multiple times to contact the restaurant, but they have not answered their phone. I have also reached out to the Raytown City Manager and am awaiting a response. Additionally, I plan to notify news sources, as residents of Raytown should be aware that this Subway does not allow people to seek safety during a tornado.
This experience was beyond unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management addresses this failure in basic human decency.

I ordered Subway tonight on their app and went and picked them up from the Raytown store. I got home and unwrapped them and were shocked as the buns were burned to a crisp! We asked for them to be toasted but seriously??
They were so badly burned we couldn’t eat them on top of the fact both were made incorrectly! I called them and they said there was nothing they could do to refund my money. I told them I couldn’t believe they saw how badly it was burned and wrapped it and sent it out the door. She then hung up on me!

We then wrapped them up and went back to the store. Waited our turn,as they glared at us, and showed them the sandwiches and asked for a manager. She said she would help us in a minute. She the told us she was the one that wrapped it and saw nothing wrong with it. She said this was what wheat bread
looks like!!!
I then told her that I’m sure she would be proud if I sent her handiwork to corporate at which time she accused ME of burning the bread!!!
I must refer back to the fact that wheat bread normally looks like this. Remember?
After she accused me of burning the bread, I was done! We left the sandwiches on the table and walked out the door. I then walked back to the door to see if there was a phone number of a manager or corporate number and they ran wildly to lock the door like I was going to do something to them. 😂 We had given them no reason to think we were a threat at all. We are both in our mid 70’s and pose no threat to them. Following you will see the pathetic sandwiches I have discussed. I am venting because I am tired substandard product and service and this is makes me feel better I suppose. This occurred Thursday evening, May 29, 2025 at 6:00pm. At the Raytown store.

Don’t even bother wasting your money. This is what you get when you pay $9 for a 6’ sandwich.

This store was bad. The service line was dirty, trash overflowing, uniforms dirty. I should have walked out like the lady before me. The kid making my sandwich had on a visor, but his hair was hanging all over it. His attitude sucked and had no attention span. I asked for wheat bread and I got a story about how it was burnt as he grabbed a loaf off the floor and banged it against the counter. As I proceeded with my order he interrupted me 3 times to talk to someone else. It was the I noticed he hadn't even spread the meat out, it was piled in the middle of the bread. He didn't put half the items on and I had to remind him what I wanted. He called for assistance since the line was building behind me, but the other workers ignored him....one even walked by and cursed him.

He did take off his gloves to ring up my order, but I had to remind him what it was. But before he rang me up, he had to do a money drop.

I got home and had to remake my sandwich and cut it in half. I'd say this store has lost me.

The woman making my sandwich was quite rude and put everything all in one lump in the middle of my sandwich they ran out of vinegar which wouldn't typically matter but her attitude when I asked for it was we don't have any right now I could have waited for you to refill the bottle The two gentlemen that I had an interaction with were fantastic but the woman who made my sandwich a little before 6 was extremely cross and needs better training

It's pretty crazy how many times I've stopped in and they don't have oatmeal raisin cookies made.. every single night I stop. Go in during the daytime those employees are serious wish there was a way I could buy something that's on a menu all the time.
