Employee was eating while making online orders and told my wife there would be wait.
I hope the owner of this store is watching his surveillance video.
Switched the bread on 2 sandwiches and missed alot of the ingredients on my turkey sandwich..you need to do better subway.. yall are ALWAYS messing up my order

The Boss sandwich was okay but did not taste right. The roll ups we purchased were a third filled. We ordered the chicken and pepperoni. There was more bread than anything. It was NOT a good first-time purchase experience 😕. However, the chicken terriacki was great.

I wait 20 minutes to someone show to take my order employee leave the bread toaster and leave to stock chips wait another 10 minutes and the bread was burn I decide to leave this employee not worth
How this Subway is still in business is a mystery. Service and food is terrible. Waited for 15 mins with not even a be with you in a minute. I wasn't even looked up at. Their concern was only online orders.

How does this place stay in business when it takes 10 minutes to make a 6" sub. The person making my sandwich had the plastic gloves on but was rubbing his nose and pushing his hair back ,GROSS . I left and went somewhere else

The food was fine. However, I was told I was not allowed to order a kids meal because my child wasn’t present? I already started ordering a foot long for myself, so I really don’t see the issue. I could understand maybe if the kids meal was all I was trying to order. Instead, I had to get a 6 inch for my 3 year old because I was on my way home and didn’t have my kid with me. Strange “policy.”
