I don't like having to bother anyone working there to get code to unlock bathroom. Such a major inconvenience. I decided not to eat here. I should be able to wash my hands before I eat.

Lackluster at best, Taco Bell is still just average fare and the price isnt even competitive any more. Easy, yummy, and convenient is how i see it
Everything was great...I just had never been a place that the employees had to put a code in the door for me to use the bathroom...so sad that a place of business has to do this because of the neighborhood.
Every. Single. Time. We've had an issue, it's been corrected perfectly. We love this Taco Bell. To the young lady at the counter, you're customer service is IMPECCABLE. You were so very nice to us in correcting our order. The offer for the oil change stands. You manager is amazing. Seriously. You guys rock. -
Phones apparently are more important than getting your job done, so important that they are willing to break food handling rules. I watched my tacos get assembled by the same gloves that were txting on a phone seconds before eww poeple.

Door dashed a meal and the taco is absolutely revolting! Something sour and made me immediately sick. Normally this Taco Bell is great. Idk WTH is in this taco!

I gave this location 3 stars because I found a large piece of plastic mixed into the soft taco that I purchased for my 6 year old, which would have been something she could have choked on. As far as the service it was great!!! The older, heavy set woman at the drive-thru window did everything to make sure I was satisfied.
Vegetarian options: Only sad thing... Restricted restroom access... Must ask to have the door opened to go wash up

Ok, so this is Taco Bell, fast food Tex Mex. What makes this place great is I am vegan and order from the kiosk. It's always a custom order and they always get it right. The food is fresh, flavorful and still affordable. My go to for fast food.

So I did an online order, submitted my order and it took me like 3 minutes to find my shoes and 8 minutes to get to the store from my house. I get there, tell them I have an online order, they pour my freezes and I'm off. I get home and my 4 tacos are so soggy that they just fall apart and I'm missing a green burrito and a cantina chicken burrito. I call the store and tell them this, the guy on the phone tells me that my order was processed 30 minutes ago and that's why the tacos are soggy. I tell him it took me 11 minutes after I submitted my order to get shoes and arrive at the store and if they hadn't been premade and sitting around before they still wouldn't have been that soggy when I got them home. I will say they did replace my soggy tacos and my missing burritos, but when I got to the store 5:02 seconds after I got off the phone nobody knew about the phone call. So the girl at the front looked like a deer in the headlights and went and got Ali (a man with long hair) and he came over and started poking around on the register, didn't say anything to me. No "I'm sorry you had missing items" or "sorry we messed up." Nothing, not one word. He prints off what he poked into the register and handed it to a young guy who was busting butt while others were standing around laughing and playing on their phones. He made my items and apologized when he handed me the bag. The manager should have said something like that also. It shouldn't have fallen onto the kid working the line to apologize. I've been here several times and they're so snotty here, they cut you off when your still ordering in the drive-thru, and you can have just a few items and it'll take 20 minutes to get your order. Plus it smells like horrible BO and musty water in there, every time we eat there someone always gets sick, and the cinnamon twists are so stale not even my dog will eat them.
