Asked for certain condiments and because they didn't go with what I ordered, they chose not to give them after they said they would. The only power they have is to hold back condiments from a paying customer.

My order was correct and satisfactory, but service was extremely slow, and I waited an additional 15 minutes in the building waiting for a mobile order. Staff was friendly, but the drink machine was out of a lot of syrups for popular drinks. My drive thru experience is usually much better!

I was treated extremely rudely by staff. I pulled up to the drive through window around 1pm on 06-26-25. I asked for a number 3, with a large Dr. Pepper. Staff immediately tells me they don’t have Dr. Pepper they only carry coke products. Now as you can see in the photo it advertises they carry Dr. Pepper. I question myself for a brief moment wondering if I’m having a brain aneurysm before asking for a Sprite. She agrees. Puts me down for a number 6 ( I asked for a number 3) and barks a total at me. I’m like, I actually asked for a number 3. She puts me down for a medium and shuffles me through to the window. She was not polite, was a horrible listener, and ruined this pregnant paying costumers lunch break. Thanks for being awesome Wendy’s. You did me the worst. I won’t be back.

Cashier took at least 10 minutes to get my order when she just took a order previous to mine. Then when i finally got my order, my frosty was halfway full. I asked if a worker named Antonio could fill it up because i felt like i wasn’t given an adequate amount. He obliged happily with a smile and apology. I appreciate the Antonio’s in the world.

I'm beginning to think "Fast food" is just a myth. Waited 15 minutes to have my order made despite placing a mobile order ahead of time.

Nice place...But staff will put drive thru first and not even greet you after approaching the counter for dine-in purchase. You can literally see 4-5 workers from the counter and they just act like you aren't even there!

We actually mnever even got to order. After waiting 10 minutes with no one showing interest in taking our order, we left. The place looked dirty and poorly managed so im sure it was good we didnt risk eating there.
