The kitchen is very dirty. Cups have things in the bottom. Had to use water to wash my cup out and dry it before getting soda.

An employee went to the restroom. Didn't wash hands. Then went outside and smoked. Came in and started making orders. 🤮🤢. By then my order was being bagged. Thank God. But woe to the customers and call in orders after me.

First and last time here.

I placed a mobile order just to go to the restaurant and they have a sign on the door saying don't open until 2:00 p.m. What kind of restaurant closes in the middle of the day like that and allowing you to still place an order.

We ordered wings and tenders and fries. Fries were good, we seasoned them more at home but nothing against Wingstop. We got the mild. wings and they were very mild, we could've gone up on the spiciness. The Cajun tenders were very good and had a good spiciness. The ranch dressing tastes homemade and is delicious. Overall the food was excellent. The employees were very friendly and loved the blues music playing.

We got immediate attention as soon as we walked in, but we ordered 2, 3 pc tender combos lemon pepper was the flavor . We waited about 10-15 mins to receive our meal. Mind you the restaurant is empty and we are the only customers sitting and waiting. The staff was playing rap music very inappropriate. The cashier was just scrolling on her phone. The meal was extremely salty and over seasoned almost to the point of being inedible. This is our second time coming to this location and we will not be back. The meals are very disappointing and a waste of money.

Do not trust this food, the store manager, regional manager, and district manager are all aware of expired products and still are willing to sell it to customers. For the sake of yourself and family do not eat here.

Pick literally any other wingstop... extremely rude and vulger staff, too busy playing on their phones to ring up customers or complete the orders. Waited 45 min for a 10pc classic. 0/10 would never return to this location.

Food is normally okay. The service/staff is awful and has so much attitude. They always mess up my order somehow, most of the time just not giving me what I ordered and they don’t care to let me know if something is not available. I’m done dealing with this place. It just needs to be closed down since none of the workers know what ā€œcustomer serviceā€ means. Go find a job somewhere else if you’re that unhappy.

Worst location in the city. I ordered a 15 piece and they gave me ONE flat. There are pieces that have little to no flavor. And half of the wings look crusty and old. Never again.
