The night shift is the worst. Fries are always old tasting and 95% of the time they forget something. Staff is rude and act like we are an inconvenience.
I don’t know where to start. I have never, ever seen any restaurant, fast food or otherwise, run so poorly. We waited about 40 minutes until finally just getting fed up and leaving without our food because we had a child who needed to eat. We placed our order on the app and my husband waited inside for it…after waiting so long, I finally went in to see what was happening and it was filled with annoyed people all in the same boat. This place sucks!!! Poor service mixed up orders etc. I will never use this McDonald’s again. If you do good luck. The owner should shut this place down bulldoze to the ground and put something different here.
