This is absolutely horrible!! Ordered on the app and still waited almost 2 hours and not even worth $1 little lone$5 for these pathetically made want to be sandwiches! I can't belive what we are paying for. McChickes chewy because they sat in a warmer for too long. I'm glad we didn't order fries.

20 minutes to pick up a mobile order!!!! This is literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It takes them forever to get an order to the lobby or pick up while drive thru orders seem to fly out. The absolutely worst service. Employees apologize for the restaurant, but nothing ever changes. I will not order from here ever again

This store was under staffed and extremely slow. We waited for 30 minutes and never did get our food. Went to counter to check on it, was told be a passing worker they'd be with us shortly and they never came back. Now trying to get a refund for something we never got. We left as did another couple that got tired of waiting. Very disappointing . I would give them a neg # review if it was possible. I hope management figures out how to schedule better.

Shouldn’t be called fast food. We waited a long time, only to have them mess up the order and forget stuff. We were the only ones in the restaurant so I’m not sure what was taking so long. They certainly weren’t tidying up the place because all the trash cans were overflowing with garbage piled on top, and since no one else was in there in the hour we were there, that trash had been piling up a loooong time.

Terrible service, multiple cases of food poisoning, one was myself, others were my friends. Atmosphere isn’t good. Management has always been terrible at this location.
The night shift is horrible. I had to wait 37 mins for ONE ICE CREAM CONE & A LARGE SODA. I would understand if they were extremely busy but they only had 3 customers. Some random lady that worked at Taco bell called them on the phone and asked them to help us at the front register. The staff are RUDE & always cussing and playing around. Last month the same thing happened and I got a simple Chicken sandwich that they got wrong 3 times. I only came back because I thought it was just a bad day but now I know it's just the staff. That same day I watched a group of (8) people walk out because they got sick of waiting. I only stayed because I already paid or I would have left too. I don't normally complain but I just thought I would give other people heads up. It doesn't seem like something they care about working on, because I talked to a manager and so has other people. They don't fix the problem. It just seems like a lot of people working the night shift hate their job and customers. I hope everyone has a blessed day.

Absolutely pathetic. Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes waiting on my mobile order. Finally was able to pull up to the drive thru speaker only for no one to greet me. After another 5 minutes I pulled up to the window only for the most disrespectful, and vile greeting I have ever received. I was told I would not recieve my online order because it was after 11 that I was finally able to reach the window and talk to somebody. After being screamed at and told repeatedly that it did not matter that I had placed an order 40 minutes prior. Utterly unprofessional and terrible service. Do not go to this establishment unless you hate yourself and want the worst dining experience possible. I was not able to try the food but I can not imagine it was any better than the customer service. Seriously save yourself the headache and just go to the Sonic across the street.
