Ive never seen a mcd that still has the same booths etc since the 90s! Yuk! Not sanitary. Had this wet dog smell inside. The soda machine sprays full blast to the right at the wall on the fanta. I mean wow not a good stopping place

Customer service was awful. Waited in line to order, soon as people ahead of us ordered the guy at register disappeared saying he’d be back. Never was. Ordered from kiosk and then waited over 20 min for food. It was dead. Very disappointed. Only good thing Food was pretty fresh. When we was leaving at least 10 people were waiting on someone to take their order.

The night shift is the worst. Fries are always old tasting and 95% of the time they forget something. Staff is rude and act like we are an inconvenience.

It never fails to disappoint going to the BW McDonald's. Something is always wrong or missing on the order. How can they forget the burger in a happy meal?? Unfriendly staff who seem to hate their jobs.
The best MacDonald's I've ever been to. The workers are very friendly and the food was hot.

This is always the slowest and worst McDonalds in the area. Today my husband brought me a fillet o fish and the cheese was more on the box than on the sandwich and the bread was so stale…like it had been left out overnight. On my husband’s sandwich it was supposed to have bacon and it wasn’t in there. When he when back to ask about the girl literally said ‘so what do you want me to do about it?’ … thanks for reminding us why we avoid this place.
