We were missing items in our order and didn't realize it before leaving. I should have checked as I usually do but was in quite a hurry. Overall food and service were good, just a little bit slow.

This is always the slowest and worst McDonalds in the area. Today my husband brought me a fillet o fish and the cheese was more on the box than on the sandwich and the bread was so stale…like it had been left out overnight. On my husband’s sandwich it was supposed to have bacon and it wasn’t in there. When he when back to ask about the girl literally said ‘so what do you want me to do about it?’ … thanks for reminding us why we avoid this place.
Prices are expensive as is. When ordering I expect it filled up and all in the bag.

Great customer service was on family trip there was 23 of us and the doors to lobby was 3 min before closing and they were rude, but they helped all us with friendly welcoming customer service

I go to this location regularly in the mornings but the last few times I have been there it has been awful. I have had the throw away my iced coffee away cause it was bitter. I ask for extra vanilla in my drink and usually never get it unless one lady who is amazing makes it but she is usually busy. Today I had the same issue and at the window a lady with red hair handed me the car in front of me drink which wasn't the problem her attitude was the problem alone with all the hickeys on her neck. Just looked very unprofessional to me. I feel like they could improve on attitude and appearance (meaning no hickeys or cover them up) and making drinks.

A group of friends and I came to this McDonald’s after a long day in Branson. Once we ordered our food at the kiosks (no one was manning the counter), we tried to find a table and couldn’t find a single clean table, and ended up cleaning one ourselves. The supply closet was left open, which was very dangerous considering there were a few toddlers running around. When I went to the counter to ask for an extra sauce there was once again no one at the counter. I had to wait for a solid three minutes and made eye contact with multiple employees before I was helped by a manager. The lids weren’t stocked at all. The floors were also somehow sticky and grimy at the same time. Overall a negative experience.
