Went in to get some Burritos and MC muffins. Buy 1 get 1 for dollar. I was charged 19dollars. Then I looked at receipt and noticed I was over charged. Then told cashier, she refunded me 9dollars on refund receipt, but only gave me 5dollars, showed receipt, said was wrong. Then got food and was not even hot and was missing cheese on the sausage MC muffins. To top it off, they had numerous orders from drive thru walk in due to wrong orders, missing food, customer ordered 2 diet cokes and got 2 bottle waters. This place is so disorganized, mismanaged, rude employees, managers are rude to customers, manager asks another, do we have any help, response was, no we don't. Tells customers, we don't have any more help, so be patient. I've worked public relations for 40yrs, this is no way to treat, talk to customers. They all need to be fired or hire new staff with ethics training.

30 minutes in line for 2 double cheeseburgers. Still no cheeseburgers. Went inside to get a refund as this is. It a fast food restaurant. I watched families go inside, order, eat and leave while I sat in line waiting for 2 double cheeseburgers. I don’t think I have ever experienced such poor service from any restaurant, let alone a Macdonalds. Management can blame the new trainees but someone is training them. It isn’t the trainees—it’s leadership always. And at this location you will find some of the worst in the food industry. Avoid this restaurant. Do not recommend.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through, just for them to make us wait in front of the building for our order. When they brought it out to our car after 20 minutes, they brought us the wrong order. And tried to tell us it was our order. A person that pulled up behind us got helped and their order before us. Horrible experience on not only the employees, but managements side. Would ask for a refund but finally got what I paid for after waiting 35 minutes for McDonald’s. SMH.

We waited 30 minutes and were not helped. I came back 3 hours later and still had to wait over 30 minutes, and I was the only customer. The employees were in the back goofing off. Avoid this location.

This is absolutely horrible!! Ordered on the app and still waited almost 2 hours and not even worth $1 little lone$5 for these pathetically made want to be sandwiches! I can't belive what we are paying for. McChickes chewy because they sat in a warmer for too long. I'm glad we didn't order fries.

20 minutes to pick up a mobile order!!!! This is literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It takes them forever to get an order to the lobby or pick up while drive thru orders seem to fly out. The absolutely worst service. Employees apologize for the restaurant, but nothing ever changes. I will not order from here ever again

This store was under staffed and extremely slow. We waited for 30 minutes and never did get our food. Went to counter to check on it, was told be a passing worker they'd be with us shortly and they never came back. Now trying to get a refund for something we never got. We left as did another couple that got tired of waiting. Very disappointing . I would give them a neg # review if it was possible. I hope management figures out how to schedule better.
