I ordered 8 sausage biscuits and a small coffee. I was there all together 45 minutes. I went through the drive thru and they had me pull up. I sat for like 20 minutes and decided to back up to the window and at least get my cream and sugar for my coffee. They still didn't give it to me. So I pulled around to the other window and complained. She had an attitude. Went to get cream and sugar. Forgot sugar. They told me to pull up again. I did not get enough napkins. A couple packs of jelly. The did was cold and hard. Worst Mc Donald's I ever been too. Very disappointed.

We went through the drive and the dude that took the order was rude and VERY impatient. Asked for no pickles on my McDouble, and they put the pickles in between the meat patties. They didn’t give us any of the sauces we asked for. We went back through the drive to get some and they gave very few and the large fry was halfway empty.

People from the car line were coming in to ask for their orders OR to ask for items that were left out of their orders!! People were all surrounding the front counter......just to get something done. It was ridiculous!

Went through this morning. Ordered in drive thru. Paid at 9:33am. Got pulled up for 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins.9 cars behind us got their food and at 10:06 was finally handed my order.No apology... no nothingI will not return to this location for a quick bite because we spent 30+ minutes waiting for food.The manager wasn't do anything. Refused to talk to guests.Worst.Experience.I.HaveEver.Had.

I was in Branson west McDonald,s order our food me and the wife did notice a young gentleman, enter and walk behind were they serving food with out a mask on!! I took pictures and was followed out McDonald's bye the gentlemen and the Manger threatening me that I could not take pictures while I was in there I told him that I could they said they was calling the cops I told him to go ahead and when I got home I called the cops myself and found out that I have the right to take pictures and Branson West has an ordinance the city does mandatory face mask by all employees or who who enters into a business!!! What's also crazy they got my sandwich wrong wanted no cheese and boom I have cheese on my sandwich!! Hope some one from the main office see this !! Time 12:24 pm. Wont go there and hope you don't!!! No care for our safety.11-22-2021Ask for no onions and extra pickles got extra onions no pickles!!! Place is no a place to eat!! Go to Country Mart and get you a loaf of bread and a pack of Bologna would be better than going to McDonald's in Branson West!!!! Second time there won't be a third for there screw-ups!!!!! I think it's best to head over to Hardee's!!!!!!! Lmao!!!!
