Newly remodeled, very clean, and prompt service. Don’t always expect a lot from fast food but this one was worth the stop. Gotta have me some horsey sauce!
This Arby's location is the worst one. Everytime we try our order is either wrong, undercooked, overcooked, or a complete mess and overloaded with sauce. We have tried to give this location multiple chances because it's closest to us but it's not worth the hassle. Go to the nixa location, they are awesome, Or any location is probably better.

This place seems to always be lacking in team members. However, the manager always takes great care of us. I think she was the only person there about a week or so ago. In any case, she deserves a raise and then some.

The service was extremely slow, but the food was good. I want to highlight one of their employees, Brian. I observed him taking orders out to cars that had to pull ahead, because of the slowness. He exchanged pleasantries and apologized for the delay. He then saw plastic bags blowing around the parking lot and was able to gather them up and dispose of they. When he came back into the store he went to several tables and offered to take their trays and leftovers to the trashcan. Once again, he exchanged pleasantries with the people at the tables. What a nice man. Hooray, for Brian.

It's been years since I ate at Arby's. When I went inside, the place was clean, and it had a modern look. The girl behind the counter was nice and friendly. She gave me time to look at the wide selection. (I was surprised by the many choices) I found a 7 dollar deal for two sandwiches. It came quick and hot.
